  1. sorry bud, it's been 14 months and i don't remember
  2. they're very reliable, but they drive like complete shit. some people prefer a better and more comfortable ride
  3. this. dealing with private buyers isn't worth any extra money you'd get
  4. awesome pics! questions for you. 1. what do you do for a living? are you retired? 2. what does your normal day look like? 3. how far is the closest store for you to be able to buy stuff?
  5. you're full of shit. you had to actually go to usps.com and order them. maybe your wife has more sense than you
  6. p.s. i called pretty much every dealership in austin, houston, dallas, san antonio and in between. only found cavender in SA and another in Dallas who didn't tack on these bullshit options.
  7. had the same issue when buying my GMC sierra in dec 2020. covert wouldn't budge. ended up buying in cavender GMC in san antonio who sold it with none of that shit. Once i had that quote the covert sales guy offered to match but i told him to go fuck himself. ended up driving to san antonio and having dinner at mi tierra afterwards. i fucking hate playing games
  8. buying a house in Round Rock that has a pool but needs new plaster and equipment. any recommendations on companies for this?
  9. separate and above ground hot tubs look tacky as fuck. a pool with a built in spa is just so much nicer. to be honest, that 100k is less than what i thought the pools were going for nowadays.
  10. if you can't tell the difference between real bacon and soy bacon just by looking at it, you're a complete fucking idiot
  11. same here. I went to bed having lost by .22 points, then my opponent got those 2 points deducted from his buffalo defense so I ended up winning. What a clusterfuck. in the end, i took 50% of the winnings instead of 60% and gave him 40% instead of 30%. We're all friends so I didn't want to be a dick about it
  12. yeah i was wondering about the DEF vs D/ST as our league says DEF, but we've definitely gotten points for when there is a return TD on special teams. several people on twittering asking yahoo about the same thing.
  13. ok so I have a dilemma here. Last night I went to bed losing 129.36 to 129.14 (opponent had chase and not much else). This morning, I wake up and see they deducted 2 points from his buffalo defense because their STs allowed a safety or something? He sent me screenshots of before and after rules and in the before it showed safeties against not counting, but as of this morning they do. what do i do here?
  14. RIP to John. He was always super nice to me and my family. One time gave me a huge slice of prime rib for free
  15. i 100% agree with you on Magical Mystery Tour. It's never an album i put on because i feel like it, but i purposely listened to it and it has some great songs.
  16. the one in my spa went out already, less than 2 years from install. covered under warranty but still - that doesn't give me the warm and fuzzies once my warranty runs out
  17. i have the quad DE and i do a cleaning in spring and fall. it's super easy. i've never done the backwash
  18. i'm an idiot for not reading it correctly. never mind me
  19. i also have the utah plan for my 2 girls and have been pretty happy with it.
  20. we ended up buying in San Antonio, the Jeep Wrangler Chrysler San Antonio one. just look up inventory, call them up for best pricing, and choose the one that gives you the best price.
  21. 6 and 9. Thinking of heading out Sunday for a few hours, not the entire 3 days
  22. Just got hooked up with some tickets. Never been. Tips/ suggestions? Thinking of taking my two kids - assume it’s no problem? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  23. this whole "we want open borders" is so fucking dumb. Again, speaking as a formerly undocumented immigrant, and having conversations with my group, no one supports this shit. contrary to what most of the racists would have you believe, the vast majority of Mexicans would rather live in Mexico than to have to move to an entire new country where they don't understand the language, don't have their food, leave their families behind, etc. The vast majority of my extended family still lives in Mexico and would never even consider moving to the US, much less illegally. My family did not immigrate because they were refugees or fleeing from natural disasters or war. It was an economic situation and the hope for a better life (like the mast majority of Europeans who immigrated to this country). A good first step would be to create a temporary worker's program. You're given a SS number and pay into FICA, SS, and Medicare, and can work a maximum of 6 months in the country. You're allowed to travel back and forth to visit your family in Mexico / Central America whatever. You must stay out of legal trouble or your pass is revoked. Said worker contributes to our economy, paying taxes, and sends money back to his family. THen lives the other 6 months in his own country. After 10 years, you qualify for citizenship along with your immediate family. For those undocumented folks that have been here 10+ years, put them on a path to citizenship. Ensure they've paid taxes (my parents did so even though they were undocumented), you pay a fine, and get on a path to citizenship. But no, the GOP and racists would never go for anything so sensible, because it's racism that's driving these policies at its core.
