  1. i think everyone is born with two hernias, unless the chromosomes split, and then you become pterodactyl.

    I'm in. let's pick a date.
  3. must have been a big sale at dollar tree cuz usually their attendance is a little better than that.
  4. i thought tim and faith were the worst part of the show. tim's face was ruddy and his skin didnt look right. faith has had too much work done on hers to fit the role. miscast. also, i heard she complained that she couldnt shave her legs or pits for the role, yet never did i see them show her in anything but a full length dress. wouldnt have minded seeing some of that, but i'm deviant like that. i was impressed with the blonde chick and would like to see her in more. her accent, when she was narrating, was annoying AF, but she seemed to be a real rider and was nice to look at.
  5. put me down as preferring the remake over the original. much better. matt damon was fantastic, and had the funniest lines.
  6. snoopy's is fantastic. doc's is a little more upscale. they're both great and exactly what i'm talking about. much better food than virginias or trout street.
  7. well you could though. the only reason you dont is because no chef with any chops has decided to move there and open a restaurant. you could say you dont go to alpine for fine dining but tim love left ft worth and opened up a decent restaurant there. it could happen. lisabella's is probably the finest cuisine that town has seen, venetian hot plate probably second. i'm not saying the wharf should be turned into the kemah boardwalk (god forbid), but the potential has always been there. the thing is people went to jimmie walker's for decades before landry's commercialized the place. and though it was great food, you really went to be on the water. like people go to oasis for example, or ski shores, or any waterfront bar/restaurant. cocktails and waterfront views are a recipe for success. people dont want to drive 4 hrs and eat at la playa or venetian hot plate. the city they just left has hundreds of restaurants like those.
  8. yep, they did the same thing to king of tulsa. got the first two episodes and then left hanging. they have, out of the kindness of their heart, recently aired the entire season of 1883. so i got that going for me.
  9. I guess paramount stopped airing it on their cable channel? Saw the first couple of episodes there and now it’s vanished.
  10. if you have to ask, you cant afford it.
  11. philip seymour hoffman tilda swinton
  12. it doesnt. spoilers are for pussies.
  13. so discriminatory. i would definitely fuck an elderly asian woman. there are beautiful women everywhere, in every race.
  14. port aransas has never quite capitalized on the natural human desire to dine on the water - seeing the boats docked, watching the boats come in, seeing the fishermen with their catch. the wharf should be the riverwalk or warehouse district of the town, but there's never been a place worth a shit there to eat at.
  15. i'm expecting the two biggest areas of improvement on this team to be qb and ol. there is no excuse for this ol to not be able to pass protect and open holes for rb's.
  16. you'd have to give me a case of russells 13 for those two bottles. even then i might have buyers remorse.
  17. i'm getting the warm feeling that this season is going to be better than the first.
  18. anyone tried el monte bbq on bandera yet?
  19. what kind of idoit would agree to that?
  20. you had me at a gentle tug.
  21. where do you live again? hatch season starts in about a week. always fun to go by there when they've got fresh and roasted peppers all over the roadside stands, but that sounds too far south for you. bandelier and chaco are badass, but if you only have 3 days, i'd just do albuquerque one day, and santa fe two.
  22. Watched the first episode and thought it was impressed. Exceeded my expectations. I’m in.
  23. sf area also checks out your boxes. on the co note though, check out the red rocks schedule.
  24. you're probably better served with flight. i'm more of a driver, but 6 hrs doesnt get you far, nor out of the heat. halifax checks all your boxe. its 70 there now. its 63 in breckenridge. fly into denver, rent a car, hit a dispensary, and get to hundreds of destinations. lots of craft beer along the way.
