pumped about the game tonight on lhn. going to miss this channel. i feel good about this years team and playing an sec school is a sign of things to come.
i dont foresee this being a problem. for one thing our OL is too good, but secondly the people that are pissed about us leaving are the ones that were making money off of us. the players dont really have that much animosity. with the way the portal is, they could end up playing in the sec next season. i mean of course they hate texas anyway, but because they didnt get offered a scholarship there, not because we're leaving.
i thought tim and faith were the worst part of the show. tim's face was ruddy and his skin didnt look right. faith has had too much work done on hers to fit the role. miscast. also, i heard she complained that she couldnt shave her legs or pits for the role, yet never did i see them show her in anything but a full length dress. wouldnt have minded seeing some of that, but i'm deviant like that. i was impressed with the blonde chick and would like to see her in more. her accent, when she was narrating, was annoying AF, but she seemed to be a real rider and was nice to look at.
snoopy's is fantastic. doc's is a little more upscale. they're both great and exactly what i'm talking about. much better food than virginias or trout street.
well you could though. the only reason you dont is because no chef with any chops has decided to move there and open a restaurant. you could say you dont go to alpine for fine dining but tim love left ft worth and opened up a decent restaurant there. it could happen. lisabella's is probably the finest cuisine that town has seen, venetian hot plate probably second. i'm not saying the wharf should be turned into the kemah boardwalk (god forbid), but the potential has always been there. the thing is people went to jimmie walker's for decades before landry's commercialized the place. and though it was great food, you really went to be on the water. like people go to oasis for example, or ski shores, or any waterfront bar/restaurant. cocktails and waterfront views are a recipe for success. people dont want to drive 4 hrs and eat at la playa or venetian hot plate. the city they just left has hundreds of restaurants like those.
yep, they did the same thing to king of tulsa. got the first two episodes and then left hanging. they have, out of the kindness of their heart, recently aired the entire season of 1883. so i got that going for me.
port aransas has never quite capitalized on the natural human desire to dine on the water - seeing the boats docked, watching the boats come in, seeing the fishermen with their catch. the wharf should be the riverwalk or warehouse district of the town, but there's never been a place worth a shit there to eat at.
i'm expecting the two biggest areas of improvement on this team to be qb and ol. there is no excuse for this ol to not be able to pass protect and open holes for rb's.
