  1. The population of Texas has almost doubled since 1990. Imagine if people actually liked us!
  2. It’s even better when you consider she’s singing about Uncle Joey from Full House. It’s funny you bring that song up as I’ve stumbled on it 2-3 times in the past week on Sirius. Their catalog is drastically shrinking by the day. Might be time to move on from Sirius/XM. The repeating of songs is reaching early days of free Pandora levels.
  3. Sure, that and a pair of testicles.
  4. I saw Shitting Blood at The Summit in 1987. Really good live band.
  5. Let’s put another shrimp on the barbie?
  6. Giant Floating Gas Bags would be a great name for a band.
  7. The giant gas planets, like Jupiter and Saturn. I get that they’re made of condensed gas, but is there a surface? Could a rover or something like that drive around on something reasonably solid or is it like a giant cloud?
  8. Lyon looked pretty damn nice in 1896.
  9. Yeah those sound fucking awesome.
  10. Snails are awesome. Zero for me, too.
  11. That extreme inhale that precedes a good sneeze ain’t no picnic on the shitter, either.
  12. Damn! How angry are some of y’all when you’re not drinking?!?
  13. I take it back. 1993 was the 10-2 year. Keanu was just channeling his inner Bill and Ted and knew a great season was on the horizon.
  14. The year before that movie was shot, Arizona went 10-2, tied for the conference title, and the Desert Swarm defense was a thing. Things were never better for Wildcat football. That was the glory year.
  15. That's an all time bit. Hilarious.
  16. Tita’s in Humble. Line can get long on Saturdays. Good people that own it. The carne guisada tacos are fantastic.
  17. Howard spending two months last fall railing on JD’s spending habits (which seemed pretty modest) leads me to believe he pays JD $100K at most. I also thought that ongoing bit really highlighted how detached Howard is from reality to think people would enjoy listening to an insanely wealthy person dressing down an average person for having the nerve to take his family to a baseball game. Robin piling on was cringe worthy.
  18. I think it’s a bourbon.
  19. I had a townhome just outside of downtown Houston during Ike, we were without power for about 4 days. My parents in NE Harris County were out about 20 days. Pretty miserable experience all around. I’m in Atascocita these days, prepping for the worst, hoping for the best.
  20. https://arstechnica.com/gaming/2020/08/real-genius-turns-35-celebrating-this-cult-classic-is-a-moral-imperative/
  21. I’ve worked in downtown for almost 15 years now and have been to my office exactly once since mid March. The tunnel eateries and Park Shops food court has to have been wiped out by now, right? Sad, but most of those places were already struggling before Covid.
  22. Definition of an asshole right there.
