  8. @Gill the wings are coated in Ranch Dressing powder, pepper and a little Adobo seasoning. Smoked for a little over 2 hours at 200+ degrees. I was also smoking some breasts, and a half dozen other wings that also go some Ancho chili powder, those are darker ones near the top of that photo. On a Lang Smoker with Lump Charcoal and Mesquit, some Cherry chips as well.

  10. You're suffering from nostalgia Examples to oppose your comments. "Date Rape" by Sublime released 1992 "In Living Color" on Fox, hardly wholesome rans from 90-94 "Reservoir Dogs" 1992 Mickey Mouse Club & Nick alums were hardly wholesome or hardly stayed that way. I'm looking at you Britney and Aaron Carter

  21. I did not know Brain Manly was the Chief, he's a great guy.
  22. I opted for this as I don't plan to take it anywhere or move it from my property. Wood Storage/Supply. I'm expecting that with the thickness of the steel and backflow design I hope to not burn a lot of wood so it should not be a concern (fingers crossed). I can stack or store on that brick patio and I have other areas on my property to keep wood. I suspect I'll store wood for each smoke under the rig.
  23. The Death Star She arrived yesterday, she's thick and I was advised that it would weigh around 350lbs, the shipped thought it was closer to 600. I think he is wrong but it's solid and heavy nonetheless. I'll fire it up today for a seasoning burn-in. Lang is a well made Smoker in my opinion and I'll post more after the burn and a smoke this weekend.
  24. I'm sure it's great, your kitchen skills are well known. I just find too many people adding bacon to too many things for my taste.
