  1. Gonna head down for Sunday's game. I assume I can just get tix at the box office?
  2. Don't go scalper or 3rd party...you should be able to get them directly(and cheaper) from the Rockets/box office. https://tix.axs.com/AQAAAAAAAADKrNaDBAAAAAC0%2fv%2f%2f%2fwD%2f%2f%2f%2f%2fB3JvY2tldHMA%2f%2f%2f%2f%2f%2f%2f%2f%2f%2f8%3d/shop/search?cpsrc=listing|tc|web
  3. Another r from 16 Candles "Don't be such f@ggots"
  4. Shriners Classic at Minute Maid.... Any intel into which dugout we'll be in on any given day? Thinking of getting tix to one of the days.. EDIT---Nevermind, I found the game schedule with home/away team. Assuming Home is 1st base side..
  5. Holy shit
  6. Absolutely no contact.
  7. For me for fun times while there, with no consideration for living there/cost of living etc: NYC Chicago New Orleans Charleston Seattle Milwaukee, Boston, San Diego and Portland are 4 that I either haven't been to or it's been since I was a kid...that I think I would enjoy.
  8. I think it's on Amazon: LOL: Last One Laughing, Canada. 10 Canadian comedians are together for 6 hours and they can't laugh. Last one gets $100K for charity. Watching them trying not to laugh is pretty fucking funny. Hosted by Jay Baruchel. Features Caroline Rhea, Dave Foley, Debra DiGiovanni, Jon Lajoie, Tom Green, Colin Mochrie, Mae Martin, Brandon Ash Mohammed, Andrew Phung and K. Trevor Wilson(Squirrely Dan from Letterkenny)
  9. Still lol'ing at Slapplebee's.
  10. Crazy. Glad you're here. My aunt was in the tower that day, about to walk out for lunch, when someone warned her about what was going on outside those doors.
  11. Whitman get a crack at ya?
  12. Went on a Saturday a couple weeks ago around noon expecting a little bit of a line. It was a beautiful day, so we sat outside. No line to speak of and definitely nothing like Truth. It's a huge place.
  13. Getting back in the game with Billy Strings and MMJ in Houston in April. Aside from Dead & Co this summer, these will be the first shows in a loooong time. MMJ on the lawn at White Oak should be epic.
  14. it's amazing, given the landscape of college football and it's players, that anyone would put any stock in a kid "committing" 2 years out. Why even bother?
  15. We do this too. So much fuggin cheese, lol Wife doesn't eat pork or beef, so we typically will buy a pack of turkey pepperoni and throw some sliced mushrooms and onions on it. I'm a sucker for the Stouffers French bread pizzas....grew up eating them. Red Baron has a decent French bread too.
  16. Road Texas is so fucking brutal.
  17. Super late to the party here...but just found this show while browsing. Love it. Almost done with Season 1
  18. You know I once knew a horse named Rusty...No offense.
  19. Doing a little internet poking around this morning. Some of y'all probably knew this, but John Gries (Uncle Rico, Real Genius, White Lotus) plays a homeless guy in a couple episodes. Most notably Rusty, the Rickshaw thief. He also picked up George's toupee after Elaine threw it out the window in another episode.
  20. Finished it last night. Enjoyed it enough to not overthink anything and not nitpick (see 1883 thread). It was entertaining and I didn't think the dude was a bad actor. His no-nonsense, matter-of-fact schtick seemed on par with his prior military background. Loling at the casting director that placed Tom Cruise as Jack Reacher.
  21. Another one episode guest, obviously not as big as Spader or Favreau Petet Stormare, from Fargo. Believe me, George....You can count on slippery Pete. He's the best....and the worst.
  22. I think it's hilarious that an actual professional sports team was on the verge of hiring a guy who's only coaching experience is as an assistant high school coach? What a world.
  23. Made it to J Bar M yesterday. Sorry, no pics Wife got the Turkey, I went with the brisket. Brisket was top notch.....even the "lean" was moist. I'd put it up agains t any of the other top places in town. Sides were ok..Either the Mac n cheese or the creamed corn were probably the best out of the 4 we had (Mac, Potato salad, creamed corn and red cabbage slaw) Place is gigantic. 2 full bars...one inside and one outside. Huge Patio, stage for live music, kinda of a kids area. I think it's too big, and I hope it's not his downfall I'll be back to try the other offerings
  24. Can we get a petition to get @RockyMountainHighHorn free tix and to more home games?
