  1. It's always possible Coburn returns I guess, though very unlikely.. On the plus side, Collins has come on strong lately.
  2. Somewhat recruiting related regarding dline depth for next year. Alfred Collins seems to be much more engaged and active on the dline these past few weeks.
  3. Really? We spotted them 10 pts, completely shut them down in the 2nd half, won by 11, easily could've been 18, minus scoop and score it could've been 25...so yeah. Again, my question is if PK gets to hure secondary coaches that work with his system.
  4. Team played well. We kicked baylors rear up one side of the field and down the other. PK has done an awesome job. I am curious if he will have the option of replacing his secondary coaches...with actual coaches? Ewers did Freshmen things. He'll improve.
  5. 1st time I saw Caddyshack it was on network TV and they changed that line to “Hey everybody, we’re all gonna take a shower!”.....much better than "Yippie ki yay Mr Falcon"
  6. In his defense he ran that awesome play with Bijan at RB and Rojo at FB where Rojo went for like 30 on a dive and promptly fumbled....
  7. Geez who left the gate open for the football board to wander in?
  8. Hasn't the Aggie claim always been that our alums and boosters are too involved in the football program and theirs just let the coach and AD do their job?? So now they aren't too involved, they are looking out for the program??
  9. Hey now, if I was a college athelete and Slovaceks in West wanted to give me an NIL deal relating to free Kolaches I would be all over that.
  10. If they ever go NIL Fisher loses control of it and the leprechaun's ego aint letting that happen... As for turning their back on bags for NIL
  11. I didn't say he was good at getting things done. I said he was good at destroying people he gets crossways with. Ask Robert Duncan about it sometime. Or Lois Kolkhorst. Or Doug Steele. Or Ray Bowen Loften. Or etc etc etc. I have seen him bring legislators to heel and am thankful that while he knows who I am, our dealings don't put me into a position of conflict and will leave it at that.
  12. Afraid not. I give the devil his due. Not many people in my life I have encountered that would scare me to be on the wrong side of. John Sharp is an individual who very much meets that description.
  13. I will simply say from experience and knowledge of the man...John Sharp is not an individual I would want to be in direct conflict with. The man knows how to work people including the legislature. He very much puts me in mind of Frank Erwin with how he deals with people who cross him or that he sees as an adversary. Be they Vice Chancellors, Unit directors, boosters, or members of the legislature. That man knows how to ruin people who cross him in a very old school political way. If Sharp decides Jimbo is gone....
  14. This is the movie trainspotting if it was a post about recruiting....holy smokes.
  15. They keep bringing up the freshman class from last year and all the talent and how all those players are sticking around and how Hill is stupid not to see how good he could be behind that Dline.... Hill just spent a weekend talking to those players.......what if the reason he decomited is most of them told him they were gone after this season? Nah couldn't be.
  16. Well at this point I'm half expecting Shelby to be in town this weekend.
  17. "Then again, if Jimbo makes the right moves between now and, let's just call it, Jan, 1, the talent on hand is more than good enough for an immediate reversal of fortune. Snag the right OC and keep Weigman, and the Aggies could enter next season positioned better than at any point during the current head coach's tenure." What the heck is Lucci on. An OC a d Weigman is all they need?
  18. I am waiting for the massive Covid outbreak before the LSU bloodbath.
  19. Nebraska likes to claim most of their team had the flu in the 1996 B12 Championship.....but they all still played.
  20. So we're in kindergarten here. They say mean things so we say mean things. Good grief, we're not responsible for whatever classless drivel they day, but mocking the deaths of kids I'd beyond the pale. I know surly....whatever.
