  1. I was very confident they weren't worth a shit and have stated it multiple times... I vastly overrated them! Holy hell they are dog shit.
  2. First @InkaUtexas you're very welcome and I promise the appreciation is mutual. So a litte wtf and pics (not the ones you want) in the hopes of bringing some levity to being "the sober guy" and "switching addictions". When out with a female who was way too young. She gets here, and rather than ride in my car insists on driving us. (Issue 1) We get out, and despite having told her I don't drink, she hits me with the "At All? I know you said you didn't drink but I didn't think it meant never. I don't want to drink now because I don't like drinking alone." Not so fast my friends, she DID end up drinking 4 shots of Tequila and 3 Smirnoff Ices over course of a 3-4 hour evening. At the end of the night, after conceding I should drive, changes her mind because she was "Fine". Long story short because I "Got really angry" I did get to drive ultimately. So that happened. She decided to stay the night, uneventful, by my design. Okay.. now.. my addiction with pics to prove it:
  3. Dude, glad you called yourself out. Don't confused data and facts with opinions and predictions.
  4. Of that list, Herman was, imo, the easiest to hate. Mack and he shared a lot of similar traits, so does Deion. Folks like Charlie and Shaka just made you shake your head in anger and wonder. Did they have learning disabilities?
  5. That bullshit is just completely unnecessary. This ageist shit will not stand, man.
  6. They don't get Graham and his brilliance Drew, which is an absolute tragedy. Graham is doing God's work and we're just lucky to be witness.
  7. Missouri isn't very good, sure as shit not top 10.. aggie is pretty damn bad. The roller-coaster has gone higher than I anticipated. I think Missouri wins convincingly, but... they haven't really beaten anyone worth a shit. BC which is probably Missouri's best win beat FSU and Sparty for their biggest wins. It's impressive for BC but not anyone else. Vandy beat a terrible VT and Alcorn State and played Missouri into OT. I sadly think this is a close game, but I hope Tiger Team #321 crushes them.
  8. They should have put the their names in reverse so they could read it in the mirror. It shouldn't surprise me that they couldn't figure that aspect out, but it does. However, maybe it's like kindergarten where parents put their names on children's clothing tags so the adults can figure out what belongs to whom.
  9. I'm surprised he's 4-1. So what's your prediction for CU this season?
  10. I'm surprised he has us at #2, and not below OSU and Tenn.
  11. It's a completely different equation from choosing to go for it vs choosing to take known point off the board and go for it. It a tight game, where those points can extend you out past 2 scores, the math says keep the points. Regardless of how the team is performing offensively.
  12. Despite all your superfluous words in this message you never answered my question. Though you did manage to pull grammar smack, and strawman so excellent work. In all, you seem to agree to the rest of my post but took specific issue with a single sentence about the quarter back's performance to that point. Special work there amigo.
  13. As was already stated this is a very good and reasonable assessment. I largely agree with most everything. Some primary agreements/my thoughts based on performance to date. 1) This biggest area of improvement defensively is the secondary. It's is, imo, a marked improvement. Now, to be fair, we haven't played a good passing O all year. However, I have more confidence now against Georgia give this and the on/off or hot/cold nature of their QB. I don't think ousux brings much in the way of passing but they're our biggest test to date, imo. (Need to do some stats analysis, which i should have prior to this post but, lazy) 2) This biggest drop off I've seen in the D is in the gap fill game primarily but not entirely by the LB crew. Our D requires some assistance with line on gap fill, so isn't entirely on the LBers, but... 3) Wisner should be, imo, our primary RB moving forward. He might not have the flash/speed of Blue but he's consistent and he goes HARD. He's also go some nice moves. Effort.. amazing effort. 4) Arch It's interesting to watch him. Early in the game he seemed just a little out of sync with his timing and the speed of his reads. However, he doesn't let one mistake lead to more. He seems to overcome errors well. As the game progressed his confidence grew and so did his sync and read speed. He's growing, quickly. Really, Really quickly. It fun and amazing to watch. His long ball... is SPECIAL! 5) I was as stressed as anyone else. Mainly, gap misses, back tackling on d and dropped balls, penalties and rhythm in general on O. I'm absolutely certain part of that is due to recent history under other coaching regimes. For me at least. I suspect the same for others, cause old scars are soft spots, but that's just my spit ball. 6) Effort/intensity It really felt like MSU came out ready to play and wanting it way more than Texas. Again, that's a previous regime scar, and probably exacerbated the flinch response by me and other Longhorns. 7) ousux... I'm ready, I'm pretty confident the team will be. I love having a week off. I hope our players and coaches really amp up and come out ready to go full Mike Tyson on those punk ass bitches in Dallas. Let's. FUCKING. GO!!
  14. Maybe safe for work? Women who claim Cherokee heritage
  15. Lol, he won't be coaching at CU next year.
  16. Yeah.. you just look at bye with it's undefeated record, and it just scares you to death. I won't ever say anything negative about bye because I love their traditions.
  17. Yeah man, our next game is vs ousux. I suppose one could fall into the camp of moving on... I sure as shit don't and won't. Perhaps you should head to the fair in 2 weeks and ponder your position over a cup of beer and corn dog while experiencing the hate that is ousux and it's fans. Pretty sure that will cure what ails you.
  18. Popsicles, pannini, psychology, physics, Pythagoras, penultimate, porch, PITCHER?
  19. We absolutely can make my place central command, just please be aware parking is going to be $50 per hour. Logistics fees and all.
  20. Most of the issues are to the east of me. Last I heard water and the more general after "tornadoes" or hurricane items are needed. Mostly they are working to clear things out but I will put a link below on needs. Help Link
  21. So, in your example of it happening more often than he thinks... it didnt?
  22. There are plenty of people, myself included in the past that travel more than that regularly. I'm not saying it is a cake walk but its not particularly taxing. For 10 years I lived in Chicago and missed 1 home game the entire time, AND traveled for work weekly.
  23. Lol, are you new to being a Texas fan and Surly? We could win the rest of our games, through to the National Championship and the title by a score of 299 to zero with zero dropped passes. Still, Texas fans, particularly Surly, complain and fight the entire time and worry non-stop about Texas' ranking the START of the 2025 season.
