  1. Honestly, this has been probably the most University of Texas Sports of all threads on this board. The best part is it has also had a delicious Surly twist. It's been an interesting and wild thread. Hopefully, we're bitching/ about/defending how Quinn played but/and won the SEC Championship next week at this time. Fixed, also some fanbois won't admit issues when they're clear.
  2. We fat hillbilly shitbag centrist lunatics also find it very disrespectful.
  3. Eh.. a similar argument could be made that they'd be 5-7. I'm not defending the B12 nor shitting on B1G, but Illinois is not a good team.
  4. Dude Kansas ended 5-7. They are a great reference largely on the weakness of the B12 but not so much on how well Illinois performed. Michigan is the only "quality win" the Illini have on their resume.
  5. I think it important to note that IU hasn't just been winning their games. They've been absolutely curb stomping every team not from Ohio. 43.3 IU Average 14.6 IU opponent average 28 points or 4 TD average margin of victory and that includes the loss to bucknuts.
  6. Staph is pretty hot for collie station, or so I'm told. She has an infectious smile apparently.
  7. I see a conference championship game in your future. Pull the cards from your shoe. "Naw Bruh. NAW NAW, its 2 aces and a king of clubs." (It's a stretch but best I could do)
  8. Actually, from a purely talking heads perspective I'm grateful aggie pulled their head of of their ass a tad. Performing at the top of their game (which 8-4 is certainly) actually helped Texas a good deal in 2 regards. First, because a SEC championship appearance was on the line it truly grabbed a shit ton of attention nationally. I can't imagine any rivalry game out performed the viewership, particularly with the later kick. Second, because they weren't dead last or a lowly aslo ran it helped our perceived quality wins. Michigan helped a lot in that regard as well. So, between Michigan winning and Texas convincingly beating aggie (given my first points people actually watched and won't just see the score) makes our seat in the CFP that much higher. So, thanks Elko for going full aggie and keeping hope alive until November.
  9. Spot fucking on
  10. My guess is it won't be a Texas fan. Rather, a fan from a different SEC school who has always been wanting to see a game in Pyle Field. Given the huge nature of the rivalry said fan neglected his own team's game, came in with his family. Of course, the "vibe" of the tailgates and the open arms of all aggie kind, "swayed" them away from pulling for Texas (which they were at the start). Then during the game the amazing piped in crowd noise and cult cheers amazed said "fan of other school". Said "fan of other school" also found himself agreeing with aggie on some questionable calls and the the stupidity of Matthew McConaughey being on the sideline. In the end, "fan from other school" still love "other school" but acknowledges that aggie turdition and school spirit eclipses his own team. That's the script. It's coming. I'll throw a Dart and guess it's an Ole Miss fan.
