Well, I am not sure where or what he shared in confidence with you but I knew everything you posted. I eluded to it in my original response to him and tried to have grace as it is tough stuff. I just lost my best friend to renal failure. Now we talk about reality, people were delicate and asking him to defend an indefensible position and he reacts predictably calling names. Then predictably pandering for sympathy. Don't fall for it. I just went through this with my best friend who I grew up with and love like a brother. He lashed out at me when I told him like it was about his condition. Sadly, mixing in dug in political positions with his situation, it won't end well. He put everything out there and we are under no obligation to give him a pass or feel bad when he acts fully out of pocket. I don't wish ill toward him but I have zero respect for his position and I am not going to feel sorry for the predicament he put himself in. Nor should you.
