  1. While there is a glimmer of hope, we're a long way from the McNairs having to sell the team. Let's don't go massaging each other's taints just yet.
  2. I agree with all of this. Still, it is essential for PK to turn Collins into a star on the field. We really need it. Getting one of our d-line players to play at an all-conference level is one of the key things that needs to happen to keep us from having another losing season. Collins is the best candidate by far. Regardless of his attitude, if PK and Sark can't get the best out of him, they will likely not be at Texas for very long.
  3. I agree with his positive expectations for Alfred Collins. The true 3-3 stack scares the hell out of me. I don't understand his optimism for our LBs. His explanation made no sense. I hope he is right.

    Texas RB Talk

The same Jamaal who had better ypc in the NFL than Jim Brown?
  5. The Republicans have their top intellects on the case.
  6. I don't care if it has already been posted. This needs to be shared with every psychotic gun-loving Republican nut-job that you know. https://www.brennancenter.org/our-work/research-reports/how-nra-rewrote-second-amendment?s=03
  7. Always trust some who delivers huge news beginning with the phrase, "I don't know if I heard right..."
  8. Roach is an idiot. I read on Twitter that Diamond Tucker-Ducker is no longer on the Texas roster. He also took all of his Hobbit porn off of social media. Advantage USC.
  9. In 1904 Texas lost to The University of Chicago 68-0. Their coach was Amos Alonzo Stagg. As you all know, Chicago's QB was Clarence Buttermilk, who is easily one of the top 50 Half Polish/Half Norwegian football players to ever come out of the Ohio Valley. Not a single offensive lineman weighed over 100 lbs. However, the Maroons overcame 7 straight losing seasons to beat Texas because of a Freshman WR who couldn't be covered. That man was Lew Alcindor (who later was known as Prince and sold a million albums). The moral of the story is this: don't ever underestimate the heart of a champion.
  10. I want to be like Ricky. I want to think we are very close. I am even open to the idea that, on the o-line, Majors & Karic & Jones & Angilau could take big steps forward just by being in the right frame of mind and getting rid of many of their mental errors & blown assignments. I wouldn't bet on it.....but it is possible. I don't think it is possible with our non-freshman DEs or any LB we currently have on our roster. So many people feel optimistic about our D this year and I just don't get where the optimism comes from.
  11. We also will be breaking in a new K/P so our special teams will likely be worse. I want to be optimistic and I really hope we can get to 8 wins. I'll be ecstatic if we do.
  12. We're gonna get balls deep every Saturday this fall!
  13. On SiriusXM 84, Saban just apologized for singling out A&M.
  14. Saban goes on SiriusXM channel 84 at 4:30pm. If you want Saban to stroke out live on the air, Jordan Addison needs to tweet out his commitment to Texas at 4:27, along with a list of his new NIL deals.
