  1. Perhaps a private university could be the the conference member to conduct communications without fear or freedom of information requests.
  2. I can't believe the SEC is considering violating a gentleman's agreement. Thank God Biz Markie and Donald Rumsfeld aren't alive to see this.
  3. It takes 4 teams to sink the Grant of Rights. If KU & ISU get invited to the Big Whatever, or WVU & Okie Lite get invited to the Pac or ACC, then Texas is in the SEC faster than Ross Bjork can reverse mount a sheep. Even after Texas joins the SEC, I will still carry the torch for the Horns going to the Big 10. I'll post about it every 6 moths or so. You won't like it, but you will get used to it. Some of you will eventually draw comfort from it. Then, one day, in a thread titled, "The 12 unexpected benefits of Playing Purdue and Indiana in November," I will Brazilian Porn Bomb this site to the Kuiper Belt. YOU WERE WARNED!!!
  4. https://boingboing.net/2021/07/22/one-year-ago-today-ted-cruz-idiotically-made-a-covid-prediction-that-was-so-very-wrong.html Ted Cruz one year ago today: "If it ends up that Biden wins in November … I don't think he will … but if he does, I guarantee you, the week after the election, suddenly all those Democratic governors, all those Democratic mayors, will say, 'Everything is magically better. Go back to work, go back to school,' " he spouted, as shown on video below.
  5. What happened to the "Tech problem" we had in 2010? https://www.dispatch.com/article/20100604/SPORTS/306049719 A decision about expanding the Big Ten might be months away, but e-mail conversations indicate that the University of Texas is an object of the conference’s attention. And the school’s athletic director isn’t making a commitment to stay in the Big 12. Ohio State University President E. Gordon Gee sent an e-mail to Big Ten Commissioner Jim Delany on April 20 saying that he had spoken with Texas President William Powers. “I did speak with Bill Powers at Texas, who would welcome a call to say they have a ‘Tech’ problem,” Gee wrote in an e-mail that was among several obtained by The Dispatch through a public-records request for documents and correspondence related to Big Ten expansion proposals.
  6. Does this mean Tebow prays for us in bowl games?
  7. From the mom of a UF player:
  8. CDC addresses A&M and Missouri:
  9. We didn't want A&M in the SEC because of the rampant SEC cheating spreading to our state. Now, with NIL changing the game, cheating isn't as big of a threat. We can get more NIL money for our players than most SEC schools can get for their players by cheating. This is likely why this is happening now.
  10. Our leadership have only had the vaccine microchips for a few months, and now they are going off the rails.
  11. So......Mizzou to the West and Bama & Auburn to the East, right?
  12. 1.) I don't want this to happen for a zillion reasons. 2.) I hare the Big 12 and want out. 3.) Am I the only one who wants Texas in the Big 10?!?
