  1. I’ve tried most of these, front and center is my favorite so far. The green habanero has a strange color that takes some gettin’ used to, especially on eggs. Not a fan of the Tabasco family - regular, chipotle, or green - but I might give the Habanero a whirl (Wally Pryor recommeded on page 1). Crystal, Valentina, and Cholula are other norms for me, depending on the mood and situation. I had a big bottle Tapatio once and enjoyed it.
  2. My daughter gets multiple bottles of that for Christmas. She loves it on steak and burgers, although she might awkwardly laugh at anyone calling it a hot sauce.
  3. Snow geese arriving by the hundreds of thousands this week. This is one of the last shitty pics il be taking from my iPhone 8 as I’m getting a 13 next week. But, that is not snow in the background close to the ground.
  4. She was probably the only women’s coach casual basketball fans could pick off a list of names, no offense to Jody.
  5. If you had the SI article on Pat Summit during her hay day, you could have shown them where she organized a volunteer group of ordinarily guys with high school experience to scrimmage her women’s team. She had to restrict them from playing too physically or above the rim to give her gals a chance.
  6. My Surly rep points will never be high enough to be cool.

    ChiTownDoc can enjoy 1:45-2:40.
  9. Which is a major reason why I am much less emotionally vested in sports teams these days.
  10. Then reality slaps us in the face.
  11. Was hoping it was a grackle.
  12. Falling further down the Loyalty Points ranking is inevitable unless you really open your pocketbooks for the categories other than Annual Fund Seat-related Gifts. Using the Priority Points Calculator, I could donate $1,000 each to the Longhorn Excellence, Endowment Gifts, and Capital Projects Gifts ($3,000 total if my maths is right) to earn the 150 points necessary to regain the approximate ranking I had last year. UT Loyalty Points punishes the truly loyal, longtime fans in favor of newer donors. I said 25 years ago that UT should have started indexing the annual contributions like aggy does (or was doing in the 90s) because Bellmont would eventually tire of giving people the same seats for the same old donation. I have at one family member who has donated $5,000/year for 30+ years. If I donated $2,000 plus the $3,000 in my example above, I would pass them up in Loyalty Points while my cumulative giving would be way less. This has not gone unnoticed, and this family member vows to write UT out of their will. Even if they don’t, they won’t leave as much and won’t be playing the Loyalty Points game. I know I won’t be playing. If I ever fall below the level necessary to get CFBP tickets or Texas-OU seats in the shade, I’ll probably just scalp tickets. I won’t give up my season ticket seats, though. That would be letting The Man win.
  13. No way the neighbor nerf kid lives to see 20.
  14. Chuck Bednarik had fewer drops than Zay.
  15. So, what did you run?
  16. Kid called him the N word.
  17. Was hoping for something that needed a warning.
  18. There was a linebacker, Chris Duliban, drafted by the Cowboys in ‘86. Started his senior season at Texas. He was on the Cowboys roster for a couple of years, most of the time on IR.
  19. Love Bijan, but for the price of his branded mustard, it should not be watered down. Every time I use it, I have to remind myself to not squeeze too hard. Not Bijan’s fault, just me bitching.
  20. Too bad. We lived about a mile from there in the 70s. There was nothing trendy in that part of town. My old neighborhood was pretty decent when Pecan Valley CC was nice. But as the growth and wealth shifted further and further north, PV went downhill, as did our old neighborhood. We had a membership, and my hs golf team practiced there. I never fully appreciated how lucky I was to play there almost every day as a kid.
