  1. I’m interested in knowing the backstory on why Kaylynn and Haley both moved out on their own at the ages of 15 and 16. Their bio doesn’t say but maybe their interviews will reveal it if they hang around long enough. I’m kind of annoyed at Will and James starting this alliance and creating drama where there was none. I don’t particularly care for Team Tinder but they also seem harmless and I’m not aware they did anything to deserve the attack, at least not on camera. Despite winning the last 2 legs, I think Will and James are one of the weakest teams that will surely implode when faced with a tough challenge. Aside from that, it’s a rare season where I like most of the teams. I think Gary and DeAngelo are my current favorite.

  3. I’m confused. Is the Ascension opening or not?
  4. Kershaw is 3-2 in the World Series with a ring. One of his 2 losses was against the cheaters. Verlander is 0-6 in the World Series with a ring*. He’ll get another chance when he starts the 2022 season at the age of 39. Who is the choke artist again? You wanted to watch Kershaw and the Dodgers fail and you didn’t get it. Eat shit.
  5. Oh by the way, fuck you. You took so much joy in every Dodgers misstep this postseason that I can’t imagine what kind of day you’re having. Dodgers are World Series champs. Including Kershaw who had 2 great starts and 2 W’s, which is 2 more World Series W’s than Verlander will ever have.
  6. Kershaw was great. Really happy to see him finally get his first ring.
  7. With all the talk about how dominant Snell was and the stupidity of pulling him, let’s not lose sight of the fact the Dodgers pitchers held the Rays to 1 run and shut them down from the 2nd inning onward. Scoring 1 run is not enough to beat this Dodgers team. Unless anyone expected Snell to pitch a 9 inning shutout (which would be the first time all season the Dodgers got shutout), the Dodgers were going to get their pound of flesh eventually. Still pretty stupid for Cash to hand it to them that quickly, but sticking with Snell wasn’t magically a Rays win. Their bats did nothing to help Snell or themselves.
  8. Why are they even testing players at this point? Just let it ride and hope for the best. Nothing good can come from testing them.
  9. Damn, Justin Turner positive COVID test and can’t even celebrate with the team. How did a test result pop up in the 7th inning?
  10. Been a Dodgers fan since I was a little kid. I was 5 in 1988. Waited 32 years to see another one. This season was fun and it’s finally nice to end up on the winning side. Every player contributed throughout this postseason. Glad I got to see 3 of the games in person.
  11. Seems stupid. Snell is owning the Dodgers.
  12. CSR users will now get $120 Peloton statement credit per year and CSP users will get $60 statement credit per year. As someone who recently bought a Peloton, this is useful to me. It may have been enough to prevent me from downgrading my CSR last month, but I can still follow through with my intended CSP application and 80,000 point bonus and collect the $60 credit. Seems like a win either way.
  13. My understanding is that the 48 month waiting period applies to everyone regardless of when you initially signed up. As for your wife, did she originally have her own CSR and get a signup bonus of her own? If so, then she has to wait 48 months from that date. You could both downgrade to the CFU and then leave her as an AU on that, then she would be free to apply for her own CSP or CSR once her 48 months have passed. Perhaps thunderlounge can confirm all of this since he is the expert.
  14. Snell has been incredible. Frustrating for a Dodgers fan to watch.
  15. These travel days are really annoying.
  16. Huge blown opportunity for the Rays. Can’t believe Dodgers got out of the 4th with no damage.
  17. For as much as Tenet is considered a box office flop, it had a budget of $200 million and a worldwide box office of $341 million. No Time to Die had a budget of $250 million. I can’t imagine MGM would sell for any less than $350 million. Even with the terrible theater situation in the pandemic, a Bond film is almost sure to outperform a cerebral time travel film.
  18. He’s a 4th year starter in his senior season playing like a sophomore. I love how much he loves Texas. I just wish he was a better football player by this point in his career.
  19. Fuck that guy. He’s a dog killer. Fuck him.
  20. Great win tonight. Hoping I can score G5 tickets.
  21. I get that but if you currently use a physical Apple TV then it’s incredibly simple to activate Apple TV+ and then subsequently cancel it when you are finished. I say this because I had similar thoughts to yours and then I did that so I could watch the Tom Hanks submarine movie and it was pretty painless. All of that being said, I would strongly prefer to see No Time to Die in theaters, even if it means waiting longer.
  22. It’s only $4.99/month so if you subscribed for one month to watch an exclusive streaming movie, it’s the same price or cheaper than most streaming rentals.
  23. You are certainly welcome to do that but we played within the agreed upon rules of the game. But if that makes you happy about the outcome, then have at it.
