  1. I sold tickets to the Eras Tour show at Jerryworld last year. YMMV, but I never uploaded tickets to Stubhub. I listed the tickets and input the section row and seat numbers in that process. When they sold, Stubhub gave me the email address for the buyer and said I needed to go to the original ticket sellers portal (Seatgeek was the exclusive ticket seller for Jerryworld events, whereas Ticketmaster infamously handled most tickets to the Eras tour) and transfer the tickets to the purchaser. I made the transfer in the Seatgeek app and got a notice at somepoint that my ticket transfer had been accepted / received by the buyer. A week or so after the show Stubhub paid me. Good luck!!
  2. I understand that Ticketmaster is not allowing resale, but is there a reason you can't just sell them on Stubhub instead? https://www.stubhub.com/taylor-swift-new-orleans-tickets-10-25-2024/event/152129103/?quantity=2 Once the sale is made, you can transfer in your ticketmaster app based on the buyer's info provided to you by Stubhub. Also, PSA my daughter had her ticketmaster account hacked and 4 tickets stolen the week of a show recently (she received an email from Ticketmaster informing her that her transfer had been accepted). Long story short, she got her original tickets reinstated the morning of the show, but it was a stressful week working through the process with TM's "stellar" customer service department. Moral of the story, change your TM password.
  3. Brent Venables feels strongly that this game just means more now that both teams are in the sec.
  4. Has Jake had known issues in those areas before? Hate to hear that.
  5. In a weird way, gymnastics and tennis. It's strange because sometimes a 16 or 18 year old might be amongst the best in the world and become pros as teenagers while the "really good" ones go to college and almost never become "pro".
  6. @immamac Who is the GM at Texas? Is there one per sport, or one for men and one for women? Also, for someone who is not already on the team, either a high schooler or someone in the portal, what is the process supposed to look like? I know NIL is not legal for or supposed to be used as an inducement to go to a school, it is merely a benefit of having made the decision to enroll as a student athlete and actually being on the team. I'm assuming the "proposed / acceptable" steps and order of steps are: 1. Decide to matriculate at State U. (signs scholarship deal with school) 2. Collective or individual brands reach out at some point to say congratulations and we would like to tell you about the NIL opportunities that are available to them as a student athlete at this institution of higher learning. 3. Discussions / Negotiations take place between student athlete and the Collective or Brand 4. Contract with collective or brand is signed 5. Student athlete attends classes, plays sport and makes appearances 6. Collective or Brand provides the promised benefit. I suspect that the real order is something like: 1. Recruitment is open (High school or portal entry) 2. Collective or individual brands reach out based on someone's (coach / school, etc.?) suggestion to tell them about the NIL opportunities that are available to them if they come to State U. 3. Discussions / Negotiations take place between student athlete and the Collective or Brand. 4. Agreement is reached (verball, handshake, wink and nod, etc.) 5. Student signs scholarship agreement with school. 6. Contract with collective or brand is signed 7. Student athlete attends classes, plays sport and makes appearances 8. Collective or Brand provides the promised benefit. As many have said, the legalities vs the practicalities of the situation lead to misunderstandings and the ridiculousness we are seeing play out in front of us. What is the student athletes recourse if they sign a scholarship agreement / enroll and then the agreed-upon deal with the collective or brand does not materialize? If another spot is better for this discussion feel free to move it.
  7. What did Traylor say about Texas or Sark or whatever has people fired up?
  8. Full CR... unlike the candidates we have to choose from this photo contains two solid choices vs. none
  9. I'm not sure that is correct. I think if you have a TV package that has SEC network, then you can access SECN+ for free through the ESPN website, Smart TV ESPN app or Phone app. I could be wrong though.
  10. MICH QB is kinda right. Had they just gotten it the 4th qtr, they DID make more plays than we did. Would have been a great plan for them. 🤣🤘🏻
  11. Hopefully you're leaving the shirt on the island. j/k... the things we do for love. Looks like an awesome trip. Thanks for sharing it with us.
  12. My concern with Michigan's O vs. our D is if they are able to pick us apart in the shallow middle (5-15 yards downfield ) similar to what I recall from OU and UH last year. Maybe I am not remembering correctly but it seemed like in both of those games we gave up play after play over the "shallow" middle and then couldn't tackle. I'm hopeful their QB play doesn't allow for them to do it consistently.
  13. Crappy way for him to get clicks. Same message could have been delivered by saying that while they had great success the year before (2009) and still had a lot of great parts, they didn't do the things necessary to be a good team in 2010 and that he sees some familiarity with FSU this year. No need to call out a specific teammate.
  14. From the currently 77 degree suburbs north of Dallas... FIGHT!!!
  15. Quick search shows that Weigman's dad is VP-Ops for Cotton. No big deal, but explains why they have NIL with him and were so gung-ho to sponsor this. Was it mentioned how much they are putting up to be the title sponsor? I agree with whoever said it above that it is better than giving all their $$ straight to tamu.
