  1. My wife does this except it's with her own damn friends. Worse yet the "I can't believe so and so takes things so personal" Then spends 20 minutes on why she doesn't let that type of thing bother her........
  2. 100% agree. I think this has only happened once in BB and it was many seasons ago. Where two people on opposites sides stayed in a secret alliance for pretty much the entire season without anyone finding out. I think it was a young guy (shocker) and an older black women???? The difficult thing is to find that person you can trust so early before people start showing their true colors, or gets voted out first. I think we say this every year. I would guess that everyone goes into the house saying they are going to lay low and not make any moves early then once you get in the house the excitement gets to you and pretty much everything you said you wouldn't do gets thrown out the window. It's also makes sense when 94% of the cast is always under the age of 25. The Producers want it that way because it makes for "good TV".
  3. In a certain way his show was the original podcast interview. Long form, no breaks just two people having a conversation. I don't think he is any type of expert interviewer but he has a platform and the name that allows him to get great guests to open up about shit they can't or wouldn't ever have time to do in a 10 or 15 minute taped and heavy edited piece.
  4. I think it was a bit and people are giving him the response he was looking for.
  5. I didn't know where to put this so here it is. An absolute beatdown by Soledad O'Brien on Morning Joe himself. Joe was talking shit to a bunch of people who said he and Mika were buddy buddy with Trump until late in the game. Well in steps Soledad O'Brien and absolutely owns him (Joe of course deleted the quoted tweet but it was basically saying he hated Trump all along)- And she is 100% right along with a shit ton of other journalist that were falling in love with the ratings and headline coverage that Trump was giving all of them. They of course didn't realize they were part of the problem (and still are). He of course walks back after getting rightfully called out-
  6. over under .500 (NL only top 2 teams in each division) Braves- 8 OVER Dodgers- 3 OVER Brewers- 2 under Rockies- 3 under Phillies- 6 under Cubs- 8 under On the flip side the Cubs have the 2nd best record at home at 13 over (trailing only the Dodgers insane 25 games over) The season is long, as I said before last nights ass kicking they need to figure some shit out and still do. The only saving graze is they are only 1 game out and not 10. Not to mention if the season ended today that would have the top wild card spot.
  7. They must be related- (stay for the ending....) Woman barred from Texas Walmart after eating half a cake, refusing to pay full price A woman in a Walmart store in Texas who ate half a cake from the store's bakery refused to pay full price and was subsequently banned from the store. Wichita Falls Police Sgt. Harold McClure told NBC News that officers were called to the Walmart store at about 8:10 p.m. on June 25. An employee told police that a woman had eaten half a cake and then said that she was only going to pay for the remaining half, claiming she had found it that way. The woman has not been identified because the Walmart employees did not want to press charges, they simply wanted her banned from the store, McClure said. She was barred, but wasn't charged for the cake. McClure said he didn't know if the woman made off with the rest of her dessert. "I don’t know if she got the whole cake. I don’t know if she left with the other half of it," he said. The woman is not the first this year to be banned from a Walmart in Wichita Falls, a city not far from the Oklahoma border. In January, a woman was told never to return to another Walmart in the city after spending a morning riding an electric cart around in the parking lot while guzzling wine from a Pringles can. https://www.nbcnews.com/news/us-news/woman-barred-texas-walmart-after-eating-half-cake-refusing-pay-n1025386
  8. This. Two of the "most in shape" people I know- One a UPS driver with no body fat and another a HS referee that are on their feet all day exercising both had blockages. On the flip side you have people who's only exercise is walking to the fridge who eat like shit and are overweight that have perfectly great tickers and cholesterol. It's why they always ask about family history. If you have a family history of heart disease or high cholesterol you need to be going to your doctor on a regular basis (at least yearly) to get all that shit checked. I have a buddy of mine who struggles with his weight. He's not huge but 20 lbs overweight who lost his dad when he was 50 to a massive heart attack. He is basically a ticking time bomb to a certain extent.
  9. Not that Mandy Moore needs me to defend her but she is the star of the most popular Network TV drama the last 3 years. It might not be your demo but she is far from irrelevant.
  10. For game show fans- Awake- Contestants stay up for 24 hours counting quarters, compete in mindless tasks that are tougher without sleep and try and win their pot, the combined pot or $1M. That's an awful explanation just watch the trailer. (My kids love it)
  11. Describe what you do: I use my intuitive abilities and energetic healing tools to help clients process past trauma stuck in the body often keeping them in a constant loop of mediocre relationships and life experiences. I combine traditional “top down” talk therapy with a more somatic “bottom up” approach utilizing various types of breath-work, sound healing, meditation, and Reiki in order to encourage my clients to go deep within the self to uncover and/or simply release thought patterns no longer serving their best and highest good. I invite them to reclaim their sovereignty by reconnecting with their own internal emotional guidance system; thus, becoming a more expressed human, free of cultural and familial programming, inspired to live their own authentic truth. Not sure I could handle all that mumbo jumbo crap but for 40 she's getting it done.
  12. Widowmaker or brain aneurysm are the leaders in the clubhouse.
  13. Next you are going to tell me that impossible burger that has 4 times as much sodium in it as regular ground beef isn't good for me.
  14. By the way on trying to find the old videos I came across a reddit post from someone that was at the final task. It said that Colin and Christine left an hour before Tyler and Korey finished. Nice work by the edit team to make it look like they finished right after them. It also said that it took Colin and Christine an hour to do the drum kit set up and Tyler and Korey almost 2 hours. 15. This makes me laugh every year! Plus it's the Mets which makes it even that much funnier-
  16. Ha. Total 180. Even when Christine was bitching at their cab driver about not parking where they told him to he was trying to calm her down.
  17. So at this point all that impeachment talk is all but dead I would assume correct?
  18. They have been playing under .500 ball over the last month. Hopefully this is the reverse of last year and they hit their stride after the break. KB has had the most invisible All Star first half I think I have ever seen. Lineup needs some depth. Will be interesting to see what moves (if any) are made before the deadline.
  19. Ings to Southampton official for $20M. That makes us even correct.....................?
  20. You know it's bad when I see the same problems my 9 year old son's team has during their games.................
