  1. Exactly. I had never had a massage before until about 5 years ago when my wife bought me one with the girl she uses. It was life changing (not in the Robert Kraft way). She found knots I never knew were there and I now go at least once every few months. The funniest thing about someone worrying about getting a guy you get to choose who you want in most cases.
  2. Wardog played his hand too soon. I don't think he gets anywhere close to the finale. Will be interesting to see who is the final person back from extinction. I think Ron and Devins are in a much better position than Wardog. And doesn't Lauren still have an idol?
  3. It was an awful bill that did nothing to solve the actual problem with HC. COST OF CARE. And there would have been a hell of an easier way to get the 5% that needed coverage covered without screwing the other 95%.
  4. That's a fucking steal for great coverage. Try paying $12K a year for an $8K deductible/out of pocket with no coverage until the $8K is met. By the way that guy was paying $1200 a year with a $2K out of pocket max pre ACA. And the ACA strapping a rocket to the ass of premiums.
  5. No doubt. But a lot of that has to do with the fact the private side is subsidizing the public and the entire world's drug usage. Big Pharma is a massive issue but the FDA had a lot of blood on their hands for the approval process and loop holes they have in place to allow Big Pharma to fuck everyone over.
  6. EVERYTHING IS FREE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  7. Agreed, I am not saying you need a great personality to win (clearly with the current occupant) but when the field has this many players in it you need news coverage or great performances to have a shot. I don't think she will get either.
  8. Yes and No. Yes- those all do exist in both worlds. No- The VA, Medicare, Medicaid have far worse issues with waiting periods, red tape, denials then the private insurance industry. I am not saying that private is perfect either but it's a hell of a lot better at controlling costs and ease of approval process than the Public side of things. Yes as they currently do. And for stupid shit that they could get medicine for at their nearest pharmacy for $3.
  9. I have no problem admitting that. (I am all for a catastrophic level of care backed by the Fed) Want office visit copays, drug copays, ER copays, help hitting that catastrophic level of care? Well then you need to purchase INSURANCE to offset that added cost. There now are you willing to admit that Medicare isn't perfect, has a massive amount of fraud, is overused, offers shitty reimbursement rates to medical professionals, paperwork nightmare, more doctors continue to not accept it, and for the only way for it to truly work the way people think it will would be to limit care and/or require approval for costly test procedures, waiting periods etc. (ie- death panels GASP!)? And even doing all that probably does nothing but increase cost of care? Perfect, glad we are on the same page. And this is what "Medicare for All" will become. And I would be fine with that like I said above. But those expecting Uncle Sam to come in and solve all their problems and cover all of those visits to ER because they have a hangnail or drank too many big gulps and have a stomach ache well they are going to be just as screwed in whatever new "for all" program that gets passed. And like in everything else the "have's" will have options (private care doctors, hospitals, facilities) and the have not's will be stuck with the shit (no choice if you want it paid for here you go). And by the way the system is very much broken but like a hell of a lot of things the government isn't going to swoop in and solve everyone's problems like some many people assume.
  10. I'm sure Beth loved hearing Howard say he's the man and needs to provide as that's his job and Beth's job is to "just look hot".
  11. Smart move by San... I mean the LA Chargers.
  12. I don't have a problem with any of the above making what they did but how about you toss a little money to charity. Beto gave $1,166 on $289K in income?
  13. My wife had a mole removed 4 years ago that turned out to be Melanoma. They caught it super early and even removed some lymph nodes just to be extra safe. Yes, she had been getting all over checks before and (obviously) now after they found the Melanoma. If someone has fair skin, works outside, other high risk groups, etc. getting the all over check is pretty standard (or should be) And for someone who is a health freak and worries about stupid shit all the time- It makes total sense.
  14. They don't. A good friend of mine bought a house built in the 70's on a pretty large lot that you can't find anywhere anymore as it would be cut up into 3 or 4 lots to max value to the developer. new development down the road (about a mile away) were assessed 8 times the price per sq/ft for their land. It's fucking insane.
  15. That was back when poors couldn't afford to fly. I'm not saying, I'm just saying.
  16. Gary's reactions and facial expressions are sometimes my favorite parts of a scene. Him walking around with that giant carrot and then putting the goldfish in his bag was fucking hilarious.
  17. Caught the last hour of the 30 for 30 reair last night on ESPN. The shit sandwich the families had to go through to clear their loved ones names still pisses me off. And Phil Scraton is a damn saint for all he did to help set the record straight. I also had forgotten that they said 41 of those that died could have been saved if they were given medical attention sooner. YNWA
  18. GET FUCKING VACCINATED. Easy peasy.
