  1. Have been traveling weekly to Katy for the last 2 years. During that time I-10 had lanes added between Brookshire and Sealy, and now they are working more or less Sealy to Columbus to add lanes. That one started in the spring and they are roughly 50% completed. So it will be done next year. And yet in Austin it takes 4-5 years to do anything on roads.
  2. I'm a lesbian. I'm just trapped in a man's body.😁
  3. WTF? 6 year olds can't vote. This is clearly voter fraud and I'm calling Dotard to let him know.
  4. That's only because Georgia hasn't played at aggy. Once they do, this guy will see the light and realize what a God sent blessing they are to the rest of the world. He'll experience the hospitality, have a cold beer at the chicken, bask in the warm glow of midnight yell, see the hallowed tackle box, find willing fake army people to provide directions, and then quickly post a lengthy thank you for all that is colley station.
  5. And how do you know it works?
  6. No way I'm paying those rates. The skeleton can't even grip the gears.
  7. Aggy game could be Colorado Big 12 championship vs. Simms. Just need to sub Manning earlier in the game than Mack did with Applewhite. And don't rough the punter...
  8. So now fans that have nothing to do with aggy or their opponent not only go to a game, but also post about the wonderful experience. They need to go to the Texas game, wear Texas gear, and then let's see what they post.
  9. So then what coach and program is he talking about?
  10. Or only 2 drives. But yeah, I get what you are saying. Dual threat would have helped. Mobility and the ability to roll out would have helped.
  11. and no rain in over a month. Need something tropical (not hurricane) to come this way.
  12. Yeah. Quit taking away lanes and roads. We can't adequately maintain the parks we have. But let's create more.
  13. View to a Kill is by far the best James Bond movie.
  14. Shocking that something with essentially a tarp for a cover did not make it through a hurricane.
  15. I find this surprising given the number of hurricanes and tropical storms that have hit that area over the years.
  16. What do these idiots think will happen to housing cost when the cheap labor goes away?
  17. a big bag of dicks is Venables best loved meal he gobbles them down
  18. No. For those you need to start at Austin and draw a line east and west (right/left or side to side, your preference). Make sure and use a different color crayon than the north/south line to avoid confusion. Everything below the line is South Texas and everything above it is North Texas. Except for Commerce. That's East Texas as previously explained.
  19. Yeah, retrofitting is absolutely cost prohibitive. But for new developments, it's not as simple as adding the electric to the mix. Completely separate trench - water, wastewater, storm, gas, and electric/telecom all have their own trenches, for the most part. Some areas you can have gas and electric in the same trench. Typical new subdivision will run you $5000-7500 per lot for gas and electric/telecom install, depending on if rock or dirt. And then there are the fees most electric providers charge on top of that - typically another $4-5000 per lot. But talking with Austin Energy a couple of years ago after the snow storm and then the ice storm, they estimated over $25k per house to take NW Hills underground...
