  1. Yeah, I get that. Still think Dart goes quite a bit higher than the 11th QB taken. Ewers, who knows. He has arm talent but his ability to successfully throw the ball down field, with all of him “arm talent” hasn’t been showing up much this season. I think he just needs to play with more confidence, which is easier said than done.
  2. What’s the deal with Dart? I haven’t watched OM much this season, but their offense seems prolific. Draft stock seems pretty low. I guess he’s inconsistent? But he’s mobile and has a pretty good arm. Definitely put up some numbers this year.
  3. Looked like to me that Quinn had more velocity on his throws against UF than the last few games. He might just be fully recovered from his strained abdomen.
  4. I see King still has some Aggie decision making in him.
  5. Gibson runs with a lot of forward lean…which is nice.
  6. I know the game is over, but shit, it gets old watching them run it down our throats.
  7. Palmer keeps talking about bringing in backups. I think the backup punt returner is also a starter, plus you don’t want to throw someone out there to try and catch punts. We play a lot of people, especially at the skill positions.
  8. Yeah, but they were really great in the closed doors scrimmages…
  9. During that one rotation, those are your pin hitters. They can't seem to find any offense out of the middles so, especially when out of system, the setters are going to the pins. In the aggie game that was a disaster. Back row attack with Skinner is a great option if in system at all.
  10. As good as Sark is at designing an offense and play calling, the run game looks very predictable or at least not too varied, in terms of type of plays called. Situationally there is good timing calling run plays when the defense isn’t expecting them, but imagination in the type of run plays seems lacking. You typically see 2 or 3 types of plays called to either side during a game. Seems like there is room to open the play book a bit more there.
  11. The short, west coast passing game is becoming too predictable. They are not making teams pay for sitting on all the shallow routes. Until Ewers shows he can beat defenses downfield or at least on medium depths throws, it’s going to be tough to move the ball against good defenses.
  12. Too many holes in this lineup.
  13. That rotation is shockingly bad.
  14. This rotation is fucking killing us.
