  1. That's actually a point in favor of Gundy's idiotic comments. He recovered and I don't believe he was ever in danger of dying.
  2. Can't believe they burned that awesome name on someone who looks like they could be a 4th grade teacher in a small Oklahoma town. Oh yeah, and RIP.
  3. You sound like you have an intelligent family. Best in the biz? Depends on the biz. If we’re talking musical numbers from the 60’s, the line starts right behind this.
  4. I watched it yesterday. Donald Sutherland’s character was a bit cartoonish. I watched a doc on Chicago (the band). It mirrors the real life arc of the band to an ironic degree. It was great at the beginning, it was pretty good right up until Terry Kath died, and once it became the Peter Cetera show, I turned it off. Just like I do when one of his ballads comes on the radio. Also, it confirmed two things I’ve always believed. Terry Kath is the most underrated guitarist in rock history and Peter Cetera sucks total ass.
  5. Punch Drunk Love. I don’t remember this movie sucking so much.
  6. On a personal basis, Wendall had a really bad episode. Something about the way he acted the entire episode kinda rubbed me wrong. Usually when they edit it that way, the person gets voted out. A little surprised Nick didn’t flip.
  7. I remember him but did not realize that was him until you pointed it out
  8. Madison looks very happy and relieved. And now she's besties with Selena Gomez. I'd say she got exactly what she wanted out of this experience. So did Peter. Hell, so did Hannah Ann. Everybody but Barb comes out a winner!
  9. The Bachelorette has a much better success rate than The Bachelor. Hell, BIP has a better success rate than The Bachelor. I think that says something about the genders and what the guy leads are after as compared to what the female leads are looking for. The guys aren't probably as serious about finding love as the women so they give them a bunch of influencers, models, aspiring actresses, and pageant girls. The Bachelorette is usually more serious about finding a husband and the guys they give them line up with that. Then they throw in some Jed's and Luke P's for the viewer benefits and sit back and watch the shitshow. Peter is quite the case study. Last season, Hannah screws him over and picks some dude that's just there for the notoriety and he gets his heart smashed. You'd think he'd be hyper aware of this and go out of his way to make sure he didn't do the same thing. It's like he went out of his way to do the exact same thing. Which probably means he's a fuckboy and was just there to keep his name in the press and get to bang a couple of hotties. Probably should have filled Barb in on the master plan.
  10. Meh. They were out there still talking about the same shit they'd been discussing for the past week. It was all part of her plan to get as much screen time as possible and drag out the drama. She planned on pulling the ripcord at the last possible minute and that whole three convo was part of the plan. If it was a production hold up, that I would give her a pass for.
  11. That’s all true, but she went on a Show about fucking acting like she’s looking for a husband. She isn’t finding the type of husband she wants on this show. And yeah, she left on her own. At final 3. You’re acting like she made a mature decision to end this relationship. She waited until she got all the screen time and storylines she needed to leave, depriving another woman a chance to have sex in a really nice suite. Oh yeah, and find love. This is all Monday morning QBing since we didn’t find out her true nature until Monday (Wednesday actually) morning. She had me fooled, but she’s everything they people say about the villain every season. There only for fame and Manipulative as hell. She was just sweeter doing it.
  12. Lexi just said the group of girls she hung around with from the cast had very self-depreciating senses of humor.
  13. Madison should have never gone on a show like this in the first place. If she insists on going, she shouldn't hide the virgin shit and the no sex in the fantasy suite until the very last possible minute. She's a spoiled brat. Leaving Barb hanging for 3 hours and then not even feeling the need to apologize sums her up I think she's a wolf in sheep's clothing. She comes in all sweet like she's looking for love, but I feel like she was there for the fame. Hiring an agent at this point is odd and backs that theory up. She's no better than the other fame whores that come on there. She just was much better at fooling us.
  14. Her podcast was what finally pushed me over the edge. I'm a bit of a heathen, so I'm never going to support the ultra religious virgin due to personal biases, but now I think I'm on the right side of this.
  15. Rolled up jeans talk is not going anywhere. So I not proud to admit this, but I've listened to a couple of podcasts and read a few articles on last nights shit show and I have decided I am 100% Team Barb. She could have delivered the message a little better (like his dad did), but she is completely correct in everything she said. Sweet little virgin Madison is the bad guy here. Well, other than Peter.
  16. It's open season on Big Shots. Tony has figured that out, but it may not save him. If it comes down to them voting out either Tony or Sandra, for reasons beyond explanation, they will vote out Tony. Sandra will probably be the only Big Shot left in the game by the time they are down to 8. I just don't get what kind of spell she casts over her tribe mates.
  17. Can't agree with your assessment that Sarah, Ben, and Sophie are weak players. I'll give you Adam though.
  18. Fucking hell. We really needed to play and beat KU to get into the tournament that's probably going to be cancelled within the next 12 hours.
  19. That looks ok. Peter looked like he had his rolled half way up his calves. That did not look ok.
  20. Turns out the spoilers were pretty much dead on. It was strange watching that, knowing he's going to "end up" with Madison and having no fucking clue how he was going to get there. Now we know the answer: poorly. What a dumbass. The way HA looked at the proposal, I can't believe he could even remember the ultra-religious virgin's name. What is this guy thinking? Nah, I'm good on having sex with the total smokeshow for the next 6 months before our inevitable break up. I'd rather be celibate for the next 18 months and get to go to church 4 nights a week. He seems like a nice guy, but he is a total moron. His mom is now my favorite "character" from this franchise. She can be like the family visit version of Demi. Future Bachelors: So you'll be meeting my parents, my older brother, and my younger sister. Oh, and Peter's mom will be there too, so you better have your shit together. Did HA have to sit there in the studio and watch Chris Harrison try to fix up her ex-fiancee? That seemed like a shitty cherry on top of the shitty sundae she was served last night. She was the big winner last night. Two days ago, we were all thinking she was a child just there for Instagram followers and fame. Now she's got the entire Bachelor fanbase on her side and we will never be able to prove that she wasn't "there for the right reasons" (as if we give a shit). Now she's the badass who shredded Peter on national TV with no mercy.
  21. I could probably tell you what I "know" and it would turn out to be another red herring like the producer. Or Hannah coming back. Or someone got pregnant. But I won't, because if what I've heard is correct, it does line up perfectly with what henrygandorf is asking about in post# 1353. we'll find out tonight, but the one thing we can be sure of is it will NOT be the most dramatic thing to ever happen on the show.
  22. I’ve read spoilers and if they are correct, none of that happens.
