  1. Worth the money. You are going to pay for it now or your kids can for your estate to go into probate when you and the wife die. Probate costs more money and makes public all of your assets and debts. Why mess with that? $3,500 is in range depending on what all comes with it. Our Trust "package" for a couple is 2 wills, 2 Durable power of attorneys, 2 medical power of attorneys, 2 advance directives, a deed to put your home into the trust, and a memorandum of trust.
  2. Trader Joe's has some awesome Orange Chicken that we put in the air fryer and then grab some udon noodles from Costco. Stir Fry some vegetables and assemble. Takes about 8 minutes and is really good.
  3. What does it take monetary wise to run your operation annually? After your sunk cost of the house, machinery, etc. I’m fascinated. I live vicariously through you. Can only imagine the greatness of the solitude
  4. Apparently going to use NIL deals to try and get the best college players. Feeder system to the tour to build new stars.
  5. Ya. They weren’t concrete on him. But i assume he’s going. Their top 10 signings get unlimited use of private jet for them and family. Only cool thing is the courses in America they have signed up. Maidstone in New York, Chicago golf club, Sand Hills, Ohoopee Match Play Club, and Philadelphia Cricket Club.

  7. So far, I know Phil, Rose, Adam Scott, Westwood, Poulter, Kevin Na, Bubba Watson, and Jason Kokrak have signed on to the Saudi’s. They threw a huge offer at Anthony Kim. So he may be another. From two dudes on Tour.
  8. Shower mats or whatever. Not an 18th century tapestries. A rug can really hold a room together though…
  9. Nephew is two and the fam came over for the Super Bowl. He started eating grapes. Loved them. Kept eating them. At one point he took the bag and went into another room. I tell his parents. They aren’t concerned as he is now potty trained. About 2 minutes left in the game and nephew goes to pee. At the same time went firehose diarrhea out the back end and all over our rugs. Quite the scene ensued.
  10. My wife is a masters educated woman. Two undergrad degrees. She’s pretty smart. Like most women, she’s really geographically challenged. So there’s a game on the interwebs called Worldle. It give you an outline of a country and you guess what it is. Then they tell you how far you are away and what direction to go. Yesterday was Nepal. I somehow got it on the third guess. After three guesses, she says “Give me a hint”. So, I said “Mount Everest is there”. She says “DENMARK?! Oh wait is Denmark a town or Country?!” So now she’s looking up flights to the town of Denmark.
  11. You all need to try Worldle. They show you an outline of a country. You guess. They tell you how far away you are and what direction away. Daily with my geographically challenged wife is hysterical. worlde.teuteuf.fr
  12. One of the tougher words today. Struggle bus for me that took me 5
  13. @Al_4_ISU did you go to American Aquarium in Davenport? They put on a hell of show.
  14. Love DeLuca’s. Also love pounding cheep beer and eating “Chicago Style” and I use that term loosely at Rocky’s Corner. Right across from the race track.
  15. Has Pat Green been mentioned? Anything before Wave on Wave is golden.
  16. Thanks. It’s a renewal. I think I’ll just roll the dice and do regular.
  17. I’m going go to Ireland in mid may. Should i do the expedited or should I be ok?
  18. Going to Ireland in mid may. 14 weeks. Should i do the rush or should I be ok?
  19. Jesus. I didn’t know Rowe was that fast. His offer list should be better. Kanak’s might be the best I’ve seen for not being a Rivals Top 250 kid
  20. Apparently Kanak ran a 4.38 and benched 275 10 times on his initial testing. Thats flying for 6'2" 220.
  21. My grandfather had a custom pair of Tony Lamas from about 1950. My grandmother gave them to my cousins dipshit husband. They get divorced. She doesn’t get them back. Grandmother is distraught that they aren’t in the family, and she passes away. Randomly run into cousin’s ex and ask if he still had them and I’d buy them from him. Still had them and gave them back to me for free. So he’s not a dipshit in my mind anymore and i have some pretty sweet custom Tony Lamas. Grandmother would very pleased.
  22. Saw him in Norman at the Lloyd Noble Center (what a shithole) with Jackson Browne when I was in high school. Jackson Browne is criminally underrated. He plays a great set. The lights go out. All of a sudden a spotlight is on the stage and there's a big box in the middle of the stage. Petty enters the spotlight, opens the box, pulls out his hat and lights come on and they blast "American Girl". I get goosebumps thinking about it. Saw him in OKC about a month before he died. Remember thinking he didn't look great. But what really stood out was how much fun he was having. He had the crowd in the palm of his hand. Played for 2.5 hours and never stopped smiling. Still sounded great.
  23. Ya. I’ve heard. Just really cheap that time of year and trying to fit in a 4th trip is tough.
