  1. There are many posters here that would benefit from some light antipsychotics sprinkled into their breakfast.
  2. You can probe the meat and get instant reads as you move through the temp gradients. ThermoWorks shit is far superior to anything else on the market, imo. Whether the cost is justified is a matter of personal opinion.
  3. Traditional grill work. Plus oysters.
  4. MA plans are bound by the same NCDs and LCDs as traditional fee for service Medicare. Drug coverage is not provided by traditional Medicare, so that is just a diversion and irrelevant to this exchange. Yes, MA plans will leverage their networks. And more crucially imo, leverage outcomes based reimbursement schemes. Lots of room for improvement all around, no doubt, but the move from traditional fee for service to paying for outcomes is a move in the right direction imo. And traditional Medicare is not the driving force behind that movement. Providers that know or learn how to optimize their outcomes measures will benefit from that system, providers that just run a ffs shop will have challenges. Again, these are all good areas for policy debate. Oz, as least to the extent that you can rely on anything he has said previously, isn't going to burn Medicare down to the ground.
  5. CMS sets the coverage criteria.
  6. Objectively false. But again these are policy debates to be had.
  7. That’s a debatable matter of policy. Over 50% of Medicare beneficiaries enroll in ma. If you want Medicare for all, ma is one pathway to that.
  8. He was in favor of mandates though. And if I understand correctly his chief issue was that the mandates were not aggressive enough. Which was always the Achilles of the aca.
  9. ACA is not Medicare. But other than that, good post.
  10. Oz ain’t gonna burn Medicare down. He was an ACA supporter and a Medicare advantage advocate. If anything he is probably inclined to expand Medicare access by removing or reducing the age in.

looks like starship was a success.
  12. page going quite strong.
  13. My cheapies from restaurant depot give fairly similar readings to my one, but take a lot longer to get a stable reading.

looked like a pretty easy splashdown. Wonder if the divert originated from teh ship or the site conditions? booster, not ship.
  15. LOL. Media would absolutely lose their minds if all but like 1 or 2 (tim and byron) of the people in that graphic got an appointment.
  16. Those pictures are from Athens. The pictures of the leftist dipshits throwing molotovs are from Thessaloniki, in front of the Turkish consulate. But I guess I understand the outrage. Someone in Athens said: Those fucking animals. The west is now.
  17. Mitch doesn't even know where he is most of the time now, nor remember that he resigned his leadership position.
  18. Somebody should start a spreadsheet.
  19. Yeah, I can't really do curbside for that stuff. If I am loading up shit for the deer camp which is mostly non perishables I will do curbside to make the swing out of town easier. But for day to day stuff like produce and proteins you have to go inside.
  20. Their customer service is top notch as well. I have had minor issues with a couple cracked cases. One was certainly not my fault. The other, well I don't know how that happened sir, I don't remember cracking it (which is true, I don't remember that). They replaced both with no drama. I have an RFX wireless probe on order. TW is expensive, but ygwypf.
  21. ThermoWorks one. From their website. They have deals from time to time. Sign up to their email list.
