Hey PK -- What would you say you do here?
Yes. Thats youtube subs. I don't subscribe to any 9.95s. If you have 1500 professional videos on youtube and only 23k subs there is a problem.

That used to be the case maybe but he is def not "outside agitator" during film study that is for damn sure. He skips over quite lot and that's why I do not watch him. IT also puts out tons of content for free but it's shit and people don't watch it. They have 1500 videos on youtube. Clearly I am not the only person who feels that way judging by their subs.

Arch Manning: Scores every way possible
Georgia, Ohio State, OU, and aggy are big games. That's the game you need him to show up! We need you to cancel out number 7 for aggy this week. If he makes a play, you put your helmet on and go out there and make one too.

Uninformed? Not addressing huge issues on your film breakdown is dishonest in my book and that's what Paul does. For example, Utep, Manning has what imo was his worst game of the season. 11-25 114yards and 1TD 1 INT. They breeze over the negative play in convo and showed one positive passing play. The rest of the time they spent talking about the running game(we ran for 226) and defense(we gave up 256 total). People wanna hear you explain the pressing issues when there are some. That's why IT has 20k subscribers vs Bobby's 236k. Shit, even 3rd and Longhorn has 50k. This is fucking Texas. You throw a rock in any direction and you will hit a guy who played enough football to call out coverages and understand offensive schemes. We tune in to your channel to hear you talk in detail about what we remember seeing during the game. If you cannot do that we won't watch. I had a lot of respect for Paul's writeups during the BC days, but their film studies leave a lot to be desired. Again, I know for a fact that Sark slaps people on the hand for negative press as I have seen his text messages with my own eyes. You can believe what you want to though.

I am confused here. Are you saying Paul doesn't do this? Or are you saying Paul won't stop doing this?

Arch Manning: Scores every way possible
Yeah, if you try to man up with trips you are asking to get picked. Because of the fear of that most teams will zone up that side of the field, and that gives your receivers a free release off the line as well. I want Sark to make it easy for Arch by running concepts like smash out of trips. Give Arch a singular read to get the ball out quick. Mix in some intermediate balls too.

They will spy him which takes one og theirs out of coverage.

Arch Manning: Scores every way possible
Aggy is going to man us up. A lot! They will attempt to take away our quick hitters and give themselves time to get their pass rush home. Up until now, Arch has done well against zone and struggled a decent bit against man teams. My question is what will Sark do to prevent aggy from bumping up our receivers and forcing us to hold the ball? I hope to see a lot of 3x1 sets, where aggy is forced to zone one side of the field. We cannot just rely on man beaters, as sometimes those take a while to develop. Running game, we need to run split zone. It's our best running play and we do not utilize it near enough. It's the play that fits Wisner's skillset the best imo. Run the ball and do not abandon it. We get discouraged when we get to cute and it doesn't work. Passing game, do NOT try to force the ball to Wingo. Versus Georgia we seemed like we were trying hard to feature him and the result was a drop on a crucial third down. A 40 yard ball that was dropped early in the game. Two trip and falls in the screen game. And getting bodyslammed twice. Wingo has not come up big for us in a big game one time since he has been on the 40. Spread the ball around. Lastly, Arch just needs to outplay Reed. Period. If he goes for 250 and a touch, Arch needs to go for 251.

I just don't like the intellectual dishonesty to preserve your access. I have it on good authority that Sark was not happy with the early beating up of Arch. You could literally see the talking heads simultaneously shift all on the same week. My thing is, be honest with the fans. Everybody has some blame for sucking shit through a straw. But don't gloss over obvious weaknesses because people like us here in this thread will see it and lose all respect for you.

What's funny about football is all it takes is to be lacking at a couple key positions to be bad. Moore still has no idea how to play linebacker. He is only out there to get tape to show he has the physical ability to play OLB in a 3-4 scheme bouncing from edge to OLB from play to play. He is miles from Ant, and so when Ant gets back that shores up that end. The other stuff is just a lack of focus on an every play basis. That can be cleaned up. Sometimes a properly motivated team can get properly locked in and aggy might just be what we need.

So thanks for this Codaxx. I had no idea about this film study at all. Paul and Ian come off as two guys who didn't really play that learned the game later. Plus, you can see there is an agenda when they do theirs that I also do not like. This one, however, they are really talking from a player's view and how a player should be thinking. I like it a lot more. They aren't talking about assignments like the players are robots, and they address the creative freedom in the confines of plays that is the difference between mediocre and great players.
