I'd be amazed if Indiana could stay within 40 points of Alabama or Clemson. Ohio St and Wisconsin will smash Indiana. Their "signature" wins are against Penn St and Michigan teams who have one win between the two of them.
They're extremely fortunate to be where they are, they got throttled by Bama and the only team worth a shit they've beaten is UF. Vandy is 0-6, SC and Mississippi St are 2-4 and Arkansas is 3-3. LSU is hot garbage and the Vols were the paper tiger everyone expected them to be sitting at 2-4 so they have a favorable schedule remaining. They crow about how tough of a schedule they play every year, but this year outside of Bama and UF they won't play anyone, Auburn isn't particularly good this season.
I'd love nothing more than to see smug Tommy lose to KU and be shown the door by CDC, but I can easily see the team winning out. KU is obviously hammered dog shit, KSU is on a skid and ISU is the only team remaining that poses any kind of threat right now. If they're a ranked team then you know the team will put effort into beating them. I really doubt Okie St will beat OU in bedlam unless Rattler shits himself in the grandest fashion. If Texas and OU meet up once again in a Big 12 CCG rematch and Herman blows it then 6 consecutive Big 12 championships and a 1-6 record vs OU should be enough reason for CDC to jettison MENSA.
Never thought I'd be saying this after Stern's Freshman season, but he's arguably the weakest link on the defense. It's a tossup between Sterns and Green. Sterns doesn't seem interested mixing himself up in the run game and is constantly several steps behind in pass coverage. Sterns was left in the dust several times during the WVU game in what was the best overall effort by the defense this season.
I knew UNC was a paper tiger, it's showing now 2 losses to unranked teams, not just any unranked teams.....1-4 UVA and1-3 FSU. Notre Dame and Miami will slap Mack's bitch ass around too.
Shane Buechele stands a better chance to be drafted before Sam. The last Texas QB drafted into the NFL was Colt McCoy. The evaluations have been so awful at the position we've had to endure guys like Case McCoy and Tyrone Swoopes starting at the position. I like Sam, I really do. However I'd be shocked if he's drafted at all, he's wildly inaccurate. Ohio St Quarterbacks haven't had any kind of success in the NFL because Day's system makes turds look great.....see Haskins. At least those Quarterbacks get a crack at the NFL, Herman's system is crud.
Forget about the Tannehill that played under Gase, this version is lighting it up. His previous career high for TD passes was 27 with a whopping 590 attempts. He's already thrown 13 this season with 173 attempts and will shatter that mark easily with dramatically less pass attempts. It's a transformation reminiscent of Brees leaving SD for NOLA. There is a 17 game sample size to work with, I wouldn't chalk it up as a fluke at this point.
A 5-11 team could win the NFC East this season. There is no way Washington or NYG win more than 4 games, not happening. Philly isn't much better. Hell, Dallas could go 5-11 and win that trash can division.
Arkansas flushed that incompetent steaming turd Morris down the shitter and all of a sudden they're immediately a competent 2-2 and would be 3-1 if not for being jobbed by the refs against Auburn. To say Morris never had a fair shake would be like saying Charlie never had a fair shake at Texas.
