  1. They had to do something to fix their toilet paper offensive line. They better hope they end up with the 2016 All-pro version or 2019 version and not the 2017 or 2018 version that led to his 5th year option being declined before the beginning of the 2019 season. It'll be glorious watching Baker fail with that stacked offense.
  2. Johnson signed a 3 year extension during the 2018 season, he's under contract until 2022. The cap hit is less punishing in 2021, he would only account for 3 million in dead cap. If the Texans released him this season he'd account for $16 million in dead cap.
  3. It's a shame that this ass clown is associated with the University of Texas. I laughed my ass off when Boyd threatened to beat his ass, I face palmed when he talked about Texas players being paid during the 2009 season to drum up attention to his social media and get his name out there.
  4. He'd account for over $16 million in dead cap if the Texans cut him this season saving only $2 million dollars.
  5. Cleveland being Cleveland. That Tannehill contract continues to look like a bargain : http://www.nfl.com/news/story/0ap3000001106332/article/vikings-kirk-cousins-agree-to-2year-66m-extension
  6. This will go down as one of the most one sided trades of all time. The NFL has become a passing driven league, why would you trade away one of the most dominant receivers who shined despite a carousel of trash throwing him the ball early in his career for a RB with a bloated contract who hasn't had any kind of meaningful impact since 2016?
  7. That contract is below market value. Could he end up the next Nick Foles? Yes. Could he have a repeat of last season and continue to grow in a system he flourished in? The answer is also yes. The cap is increasing $10 million for 2020, that was announced today. Anthony Castonzo becomes the 2nd highest paid LT resigning with the Colts for 2 years at $33 million. The Jags are desperate to escape their cap hell. Campbell can still ball the fuck out, Baltimore got a steal.
  8. Josh Gordon would like to have a word with you.
  9. Nu Metal is still hanging around.
  10. I would not be shocked if Tom Brady signed with the Titans or Chargers, both teams have more assets on offense than New England had to offer last season. Both teams have the money to burn and have assets on offense that would appeal to him. It's looking more and more like it could happen. For the first time in his career Brady appears primed to seriously explore his options.
  11. The tampering period begins Monday the 16th and of course the biggest story of them all is Tom Brady's future. is he trolling the fuck out of everyone or will he seriously consider his options for the first time in his career? https://overthecap.com/salary-cap-space/ Miami, Indy, Buffalo and Tampa have $$$ to burn.
  12. We're stuck with Shaka another year.
  13. I wonder if they'll resume the season in April when the hysteria dies down? I just find it ironic that Rudy Gobert was the first NBA player to contract the virus, I hope he stockpiled up on shit paper.
  14. https://sports.yahoo.com/sources-de-mar-de-rozan-intends-to-decline-277-m-option-if-he-cant-agree-to-extension-with-spurs-004545646.html This is the best news I've heard pertaining to the Spurs in an eternity.
  15. You must be completely oblivious. Tech lost the majority of their production from last season, 7 players are gone. They have 7 Freshman on their roster, several grad transfers a sophomore and junior. Clearly Beard is trash if he's unable to replicate last season's success with the roster he's working with this season. Beard is tasked with one of the toughest coaching jobs this season, for Tech to make the tourney is an accomplishment of it's own.
  16. The Cavs are a tough team trending up. In all seriousness the Spurs have no fight left in them. Rudy has come around a bit recently, but his contract is going to turn out to be yet another back breaker to the Spurs. Rudy either declined and fell off a cliff or said fuck it and stopped trying early in the season when things were looking down. Keldon is showing some promise, he needs to see more minutes there is nothing left to lose at this point.
  17. It was time to move on from Rick Barnes who was 108-65 his last 5 years and go in a new direction. However, Shaka is presently 90-81 in his first five years at Texas. He's consistently recruited better than anyone in the conference not named KU and has nothing to show for it but a losing record in the Big 12 three out of five years finishing .500 this season during a down year in the conference when nobody outside of Baylor/KU appears like they could even sniff the Sweet 16. Recruitment class rankings in the Big 12 : 2015 Texas 2nd 2016 Texas 1st 2017 Texas 1st 2018 Texas 2nd 2019 Texas 3rd Where are the results?
  18. I hope you're right, Derka. I don't share the same optimism. We'll see what goes down after the conclusion of the Big 12 tourney and NIT or inevitable one and done in the NCAA tourney. I'm on board with Beilien 99.9%, he's there for the taking. I'd take 5 years of Beilien opposed to another five years of the fraud in a heart beat.
  19. Prior to the Okie St drubbing yesterday the worst loss at home since 2002 was a 30 point loss to KU back in 2016. Shaka had his doors blown off repeatedly this season and is responsible for some of the biggest blowouts in Austin. Top notch recruitment classes? Check. Top notch resources available? Check. Top 10 salary? Check. This fucking fraud can't even win an NCAA tourney game to save his life. Shaka legitimately had a chance to nail down a tourney birth yesterday and shit himself in the most fucking colossal way ever in Austin no less. I won't be surprised if he's back for a 6th season, CDC is all talk he won't fire Shaka.
  20. This isn't even accounting for the good teams that spanked Texas this season. This accounts for the mediocre or bad teams that throttled Shaka.
  21. Any y'all wanna keep this goof around besides Cameltoe and Wescott Eberts?
  22. If Shaka somehow manages to scrape by Tech a 2nd time he can look forward to being eviscerated by Bill Self and KU a third time.
  23. Is it possible for CDC to fire this fucking joke of a clown at the half?
