A ton of dominoes will need to fall for Texas to enter the playoffs as a 2 loss team, just forget about it.
Wisconsin could win out in the regular season, lose to Ohio St and make it or lose to Ohio St in the regular season and win the rematch and both teams enter as 1 loss teams.
A 1 loss LSU is a lock.
OU could win out, lose to Texas in the Big 12 Championship if Texas makes it there and still make the playoffs as a 1 loss team. CFB is what have you done for me lately, but will the committee seed a 2 loss team over a 1 loss team from the same conference?
There are so many scenarios, but yeah no PAC team will make the playoffs.
Herman's teams ALWAYS fuck up and lose at least one game they shouldn't. See Maryland x2, Tech in 2017, OK St in 2018. If anyone believes Texas is a lock to play for the conference title you may want to temper your expectations to avoid being disappointed when some potential 7-5 teams pulls off an "upset".
Baker has it coming today, this should be hilarious. Cowherd has been all over him like stink on shit before the season even began so every time he flops in a game in a manner similar to Monday night he'll surely be eviscerated.
Sacrificial lamb, I reckon. The Patriots have given up 27 points though 4 contests, Washington is a shit show who isn't drawing enough negative attention because everyone is fixated on Miami. Colt hasn't been the same player since James Harrison cleaned his clock, he never seems comfortable in the pocket following that vicious hit.
JuJu lit his ass up good last season. Good for the NFL suspending Burfict the remainder of the season. They should make it clear if he takes another cheap shot he'll be banned from the NFL.
Come on, Mack. That was your play call against one of the most talented defenses in CFB? I loved the decision to go for two to avoid OT and put the game away, but that option call was hilariously bad.
This Peter Burns (Sounds like an STD) is the same clown that claimed LSU would blow Texas out, ESPN has gone down the drains over the years. You're allegedly some kind of SEC expert and you don't see the aggy underachieve every year? Paying Jumbo big money doesn't make a shit, he's no longer coaching in an underwhelming ACC conference or a school with a winning tradition. Nobody besides the aggy and this Peter Burns believe they'll make any kind of noise in 2020.
KU could beat Arkansas or Tennessee, those two teams are dumpster fires. Ole Miss isn't much better, either. Vandy is Vandy, no explanation needed. South Carolina looks every part of a 3-9 or 4-8 team, I'll laugh manically if Appalachian State hands the SEC another Sun Belt loss when they get a crack at SC later in the season.
Bama hasn't been tested and won't even be tested until November 9th when they play LSU (Who they play at home) and there is this stupid stigma that they go through a gauntlet. The only other team during the regular season that will pose a threat is @Auburn to close the season out, even if they lose to UGA in the SEC championship game they'll waltz into the playoffs if they handle LSU/Auburn. At least LSU and UGA proved their worth they beat quality opponents, Bama and UF haven't played anyone.
I knew Bama backed off of Zeke some time ago which led me to believe something fishy was going on, but what transpired with UGA? Allegedly Zeke was going to commit to UGA roughly a month ago before rumors arose that UGA cooled on Zeke after concerns about his sideline antics clashing with the NS coaching staff or something of that sort? I'm glad Texas went all in on Bijan and landed him. Didn't Zeke make the claim that he wanted to win championships and play behind a stout OL? So why the hell would he choose aggy? They have one double digit win season in the last twenty years, their OL has been dominated against the two teams they played with a pulse and the aggy are nothing more than an afterthought in the national championship picture year after year.
One good year at Stanford and even during that year his only win over a team that finished the year ranked was against VA Tech in a bowl game. The majority of the PAC teams he beat won 6 or 7 games at the most and Notre Dame finished 8-5, the only quality team he played blew his fucking doors off by 21 points. Harbaugh is a fraud.
For some kind of "offensive genius" Jumbo Fisher has the aggy looking flat against real teams. Well one thing is for certain we can go onto texags and read about how the aggy are the best 2-2 team in the nation when this is all said and done.
How is Kansas State not ranked? They're 3-0 with a win on the road against a P5 team and two dominant wins. Had Mississippi St beaten KSU they most certainly would've cracked the Top 25 because SEC SEC SEC.
