  1. @@AnotherUTFan by myself is really enjoyable punk-esque I don’t give a fuck rocker. Love the vibe.
  2. Dude, CDC is too busy trying to fire Herman, hire Urban, and get the vaccines out ASAP. Don’t tweet this at him!
  3. The parties should have it in their bylaws that to receive their nomination you have to: Release tax returns, diverse in major holdings, etc.
  4. We are on Spotify, Apple, and YouTube. I think we get 1 cent per, so feel free to put on repeat! I am terrible at Spotify but here’s a link to one of our songs. https://open.spotify.com/track/1FWPgRj2Riu1a2h9MNGNkO?si=VEwitFzfSMato2P0PcKZ2w&context=spotify%3Aartist%3A5XB4bo2fahDmsy715F3NBB YouTube
  5. Ken Paxton disagrees. you just deny everything. Claim it’s partisan. Delay trial for ten years with motions and lawyer changes. Seen it a thousand times.
  6. I love my Taylor and can’t imagine playing another very much, but I would love to own a black one like this. But I think the only acoustic on my bucket list has to be a 12 string.
  7. My son and I bought that together this summer. He mowed yards and saved up but didn’t have enough, so he conned me into “sharing” the Epiphone. It’s pretty cool because we both play it all the time and that’s a cool bond. It’s an Epi Les Paul Custom Pro. Great guitar. It plays a little better than my Gibson (Gibson probably needs a tuneup). -sidenote - son dropped and broke the neck off of the epiphone one week after we bought it. Musician’s Friend stoner sales rep dude on the phone sent us a new one, no questions asked, and gave us a partial refund for our trouble!
  8. Better angle of the two tone and my electric collection.
  9. She found her forever home a day early! Love everything so far except the playability. It needs new strings and a setup. However, great tone, sustain, and grit. The sound is better than any telecaster I’ve ever played. and the two tone color scheme is baller. can’t wait for the setup...
  10. Maybe, but they have 50,000 reviews and are very well respected. Also, the guitar retails for $1899, so it’s still a steal.
  11. Okay, on reverb the used one was $1199 but you can make an offer. I offered $980 and they accepted. They then asked me if I wanted a new version instead for $120 more, or $1100 total. I said hell yes.
  12. Can someone recap 995ers’ sentiment for someone that is lazy (me)? I don’t think the rest of this season matters at all barring some miracle playoff birth. My best guess without information to back it up is that if we can get urban, Herman is out. If we can’t get urban, Herman gets one more year to show he can win the conference.
  13. After careful consideration of my financial situation, savings for a remodel, etc., I decided to hold off on a new guitar despite all of your advice to the contrary. I think it was the wise choice. But then my birthday came around. My wife wanted to know why I was moping around the house, as if all the joy I had in my heart was gone. She said, “just get it. It can be your Christmas, Father’s Day, and anniversary present too.” Behold: https://www.proaudiostar.com/fender-fsr-2-tone-telecaster-thinline-w-ebony-fingerboard-surf-green-used.html?utm_source=Google_Shopping&gclid=Cj0KCQiAhs79BRD0ARIsAC6XpaUMJveM5FGgCnS5_8dY07fmsDjYzGg62k2Ix3XK-o6jj-CoHCwNIJEaAuFVEALw_wcB My first telecaster. A limited run thinline. With custom shop ‘51 nocaster pickups. Hitting refresh in the fedex tracking site every 1 hour to track my new baby!
  14. I bought my Gibson Les Paul Studio at the one in Dallas in 1995. I got a summer job in high school to pay for it. It was like $600. And the assholes at my local shop in west Texas were charging $800 (Tarpley’s was its name I think, near the builder square. Now they’re both out of business). It was worth the 5 hour drive. Hard to explain, but the local store was manned by all high school drop out metal guys with drug problems whose bands never made it, and they absolutely hated every customer. So I’m sure the owners were nice, but their employees were such insufferable pricks. So yeah I loved guitar center back in the day. Salesman was really nice and really helpful. Still love playing my 1995 Les Paul, too. unfortunately they expanded too fast in the late 90’s and Now it’s a filthy hell hole.
  15. Thanks man! I’m really an alt rock and Americana kind of guy, but this just happened.
  16. My band’s latest. As a lead guitar guy, this was quite a stretch. I just was playing around with beats one day and this happened. Inspired by the camp fire in California.
  17. This is pure q gold. 2020 / 666 = 3.0330 Biden’s text number to donate was 30330. I was told by a Q person this is unequivocally a sign that Biden is with the satanic cabal of pedos and most definitely not a coincidence.
  18. He’s setting up a PAC to give himself a giant piggy bank to travel and pay himself consulting fees from. If he actually does run, he can’t pillage the piggy bank (he has to legally be disassociated if he’s a candidate).
  19. I think they won’t call it because assholes Like me are giving them record tv ratings right now.
  20. Answer is pretty obvious based on the last two presidential elections and their primaries. The voting populace in the swing states want populism and inclusiveness, not progressive/socialist eco policy and intersectionality. Look at the repudiation of Hillary in 2016 by the working class. Look at the house seats flipping red in 2020. And Biden barely winning against a populist president because he explicitly did not run on progressive policies and distanced himself from the AOC crowd once the general got underway. Also I think this election is a lot more decisive for the dem populist if he doesn’t botch the fracking narrative. Politics 101 - never ever talk about ending an industry that provides a lot of high paying jobs for working class people. Dems, you should start taking traditional coastal states for granted and start focusing on the flyovers.
  21. I need some help with my ideal guitar collection. I have a Gibson LP Studio that I bought 25 years ago and will not ever sell and a Mexican Strat. Background - I play a lot of guitar, I’m in a band, we barely make any money doing it and we don’t care I was thinking I really need an American srat because it’s kind of my go to guitar, but I also really want a telly after playing my friend’s new player series. Also would love to add a Gibson es or something similar. questions: Which Fender would you get in American if you had to pick one? If you said American, are noiseless pickups better for recording or live than non noiseless? Is there that much difference between an Epiphone ES and Gibson?
