  1. We've been in one of those for decades. The SEC hasn't had this many upsets in a long time.
  2. Correct, just declaring the conference leader the champion is the smart thing to do (also removes an extra loss for the runner-up trying to get a good seed). The real point is making money.
  3. Better to be #2 in the pecking order than #3. This is literally the only logic. Weak psyches lead to this shit.
  4. Even picking up 90k in each of Philly and Montgomery County PA only makes it close with others outstanding.
  5. Machismo and ladder pullers. And racism. The only people I have ever heard straight out refer to Black people as monkeys are my Mexican family.
  6. Hey look, it's a white person who has no idea how racist Latinos are. Signed, A Latino
  7. Unfortunately I think the issue is that we just live in a country where people suck.
  8. That would require a 60% Harris result in the remaining votes. And then lawsuits.
  9. But Des Moines is almost completely in.
  10. I don't believe Haliburton was ever President.
  11. That's pretty much it. I'm smart and stuff and can't stand this shit anymore.
  12. Harris County seems to have gotten more R which I did not expect and makes me sad. @Js1 never answered me about Colorado job openings.
  13. Because in terms of what should be the result everyone realizes that for a healthy society this should be a Harris blowout. Even the @Rex Kramer out front shoulda told ya. And because it's not many people are upset.
  14. It's like you've never been on a surly game thread.
  15. Looking like Harris shifted R.
  16. Well I don't know about "officially," Bob.
  17. I mean I can buy Arizona on a technical basis but not sure I've ever seen Nevada listed as a Sun Belt state. Seems like Sun Belt has always been "you got any states south of you?"
  18. Well shit guys. Harris County was 55.6-43.2 for Biden in early voting. It was 51.3-47.4 for Harris. I know a shift is expected in terms of early versus election day voting but bottom line is that is too much of a shift considering that early is 75% of total votes. Gonna have to say that Harris almost certainly went redder this year. Only slight positive is Allred was 53.0-44.8, but that ain't nearly enough. @Js1 you got any job openings for smart as fuck Longhorn assholes in Colorado?
  19. Winning but not by the required 60%
  20. This is actually a true story. I got outvoted on our family vacation this year and we ended up in Gulf Shores, AL. They all kept asking me why I was voting for Disneyland as a grown man over and over. I explained and they said "oh come on let's just go on a fun vacation." I said they don't understand but they will. In our family group messages right now my wife and two daughters now understand. I told them "yes I absolutely have a smug look on my face right now."
  21. You have a way with words, sir.
  22. Well I know which Disney park my dollars will go to in the future.
  23. Cruz trailing Trump by about 4 in large markets. Unfortunately that means he'll probably trail by 3 or so statewide and win by 2-3. Early hot take from me.
  24. Williamson County 2020 was 49.5-48.4 for Trump in early voting only. 49.8-48.5 this year given the likely drift back to early favoring R and election day favoring D would imply to me that Harris will end up winning Wilco by a hair more than Biden did. But yeah, if this is an indication then Texas stays red. Which you should have been expecting of course.
