Top of the 11th. 0-0. Ump still calling this a strike.

Yeah, so I stopped reading right here.AUSTIN, Texas — Texas has the fewest insured adults in the nation, according to a new report from WalletHub.com.
You gotta admit that would make having the lowest percentage extremely likely.-

Is there science behind all at once being necessary? Anastasis (who is a pharmacist, I believe) has suggested it’s not, and I think there was a doctor on shaggy who said so as well, though I could be mistaken.
That’s not an “anti-vax” position, I’m legitimately curious.
The get them all at once logic is so people actually get them all period. People are more likely to drop the rest of the schedule, miss appointments, decide "we've made it this far", etc. the more they're spread out. I also have never seen anything that says that getting them all together at the recommended ages is medically necessary; I've only seen the completely logical argument that it's socially necessary.

Northwestern State, enrollment 10,700, was originally called Louisiana State Normal School. I kid you not.
That's just what teachers' colleges were called. Texas State was originally Southwest Texas State Normal School.

Is what he really said much better? Did Beathard really have a chance to be the best he ever coached? I mean maybe if you think it was possible for the guy to add 3 inches, increase his speed by an order of magnitude, his agility by two orders of magnitude, his field vision, and his playmaking ability a thousand percent.no he did not say that.Let's keep in mind that Beathard went on to rush for NEGATIVE THIRTEEN YARDS his senior season. Oh, and Young was a better passer, too.

Question, is it acceptable to neg the guy who posted someone else's quote if it's this egregious?Never forget that Greg Davis called C.J. Beathard the “best he’s ever coached.”

I have major superhero movie fatigue, but was recommended this movie because of how not like the other Marvel films it is, and that is true. This movie was funny from beginning to end. It never took itself too seriously until a certain point when I was rooting for a cliched good-guy wins type outcome outcome, and it kind of manages to lure you in like that.
Huh? The majority of the Marvel films are like that. Ant-Man and Wasp took it way too far, for example. And yes, I realize I'm one of the few people who didn't like Ragnarok but this statement in particular made little sense to me.
I do agree that Blanchett was awesome, though.

This really sucks. WHY CAN'T ANYTHING GOOD EVER HAPPEN FOR CITY?!?!?
But seriously, that means he's out for the first 4 matches of the group stage.

Yeah, Trump was a huge anti-vaxxer celebrity. It was funny/sad to see an anti-vaxxer acquaintance get her hopes up that once Trump was in office the CDC would be held to task for this epidemic they have inflicted on the world.
Trump support is no longer mentioned in her posts.

That out call at first base was pretty bad. The pitcher clearly stepped on the runner's foot when it was already on the bag. That was visible live at full speed.

Through 3-1/2 in the first game, both teams have zero runs on zero hits.

Played for 2 NC’s in his 13 years at UT. VY had a 30-2 record. Colt was 45-8. The 2005 NC team averaged 50.2 ppg and 512.1 ypg. For six consecutive years his offenses averaged more than 6 yards per play.
The 2008 OU game was my favorite game to attend ever (no, I wasn't at the Rose Bowls). It was such a glorious victory over those fuckers. The feeling of almost pure sports fan euphoria was incredible. In fact it was so intoxicating that I remember standing there as the game ended and actually thinking "Holy shit, Greg Davis might have finally figured this shit out." I seriously thought we were about to embark on another decade long stretch of dominance with Muschamp there and Davis having figured things out. The way he used the available pieces that day and attacked Oklahoma's weaknesses was a gotdamn masterpiece. Even as an avowed optimist I have never been that excited about the long-term program possibilities before or since. Even after winning the national championship I knew the future was uncertain because VY would be leaving. But leaving the Cotton Bowl that day was just pure excitement. So I definitely thank Greg Davis for that day and that feeling.
Then he fucked it up. The end.

Well there's the option not to celebrate anything having to do with a shitty part of your past. You don't see me posting about what a great soldier Jack Chevigny was to repair his image on a Texas football forum.

My kids are fully vaccinated but we did delay a couple of them, such as Hep B. There's no way a newborn in my family is at risk for Hep B so we just waited a little longer on those.
They also didn't get the chicken pox vaccine. Wasn't available for the oldest and the other two just got chicken pox the old-fashioned way. Doubt that qualifies me as an anti-vaxxer for this discussion.

Oops, forgot to add that the reason this is bad is that if we take Paul at his word and that his real wish was for Brennan to have his clearance revoked because of the illegal and unconstitutional things that he approved and authorized during his time as Director of the CIA, he should actually want Brennan not to have his security clearance revoked by Trump right now. This action has not set a precedent for all former employees to have their clearance revoked or even a precedent for those who oversaw and authorized illegal activities to have it revoked. The only thing that future elected politicians will remember is that Trump did it because Brennan was mean to him. This doesn't set a precedent for good, it sets one for bad.
And Rand Paul made it happen.

I think that all this new found interest in the abuse of executive power is cute. It's going to be sadly predictable watching all those concerns go poof come 2021. Just like they did 2009.
I'm sure you'll weep just as heavily as you did when it happened in 2001 and 2017.

AKA he's playing DC politician to effect the ends that align to his preferred political outcomes. Ron got hammered for not being pragmatic. Rand gets hammered for being politically pragmatic. I actually think that aligning as closely as he has with Trump will be to his longer term political detriment, but anything the Pauls do is going to find a long line of critics cause they threaten the status quo.
I think they've both been hammered for plenty of reasons, but your argument has some merit.
Regardless, in this case a simple cost benefit analysis should have caused Paul to reevaluate. For the benefit of making himself feel better (but not actually changing the level of information Brennan was getting because there's no way Brennan was being asked to advice the Trump administration) Paul lobbied for an authoritarian narcissist to buck established precedent on national security matters because a dissenter was being mean. That's extremely bad calculus on Paul's part.

Rand was advocating for Brennan's firing long before Trump was elected. Your statement begins with a false premise. Reality has more nuance than the narrative being pushed in the OP.
Washpark was saying that's why Trump revoked it, not why Paul asked for it to be revoked.
The point being that a true libertarian's spidey-sense would go off when he realized that he was using an authoritarian's wish to squelch dissent in a free society in order to effect one of his preexisting goals. The very best that can be said about Paul in this situation is that he's lying down with dogs.

Hahaha. That graphic was a joke by me but the board formatting screwed it up to make it look like part of the article. Original is from here:

FAYETTE COUNTY, Ga. - Fayette County deputies are investigating a string of thefts that included five car break-ins, one stolen motorcycle, and one high-dollar heist of Ramen Noodles.
Nearly $100,000 worth of Ramen Noodles was sitting in a large trailer parked at a Chevron store on Georgia Highway 85 north.
Deputies said the 53-foot trailer carrying the noodle freight was stolen between July 25 and August 1.
The sheriff said the trailer was secured at the time.

I think it's a remnant from before they fixed the age rule and deadened the bats. It's no longer necessary because offense won't dominate as much with the new bats and younger players (even months make a difference at this age). Hopefully the umpires adjust. I mean if it's 0-0 in the 11th inning then you don't really need to be helping the pitchers out.
