  1. Also when PPP runs out of funds the ERC will still be an option. If the need for cash now PPP is the best bet, but not promised and that will be an issue.
  2. Some additional clarification on PPP vs ERC. If you are paying employees, but they are not working...Look into ERC. dentist offices, Doctors offices, bars, restaurants, manufacturing companies, etc...are the ones that we are seeing significant ERC benefits for.
  3. tbh...not my lane/side of the house. What we are discovering/uncovering is that PPP/ERC works for business differently- one is better than the other and vice versus. Each business is their own thumbprint so its hard to drill down one specific overview. There is an abundance of if/then's. I hate to be so vague as the importance to digest pertinent information is priority 1. Best I can offer/help is the webinar and let the experts speak, then field a Q&A.
  4. You may be better off with the ERC. We are doing a webinar on Monday PPP vs ERC. Let me know if that interest you.
  5. I dont see how this plays out...We have 10b in loan value in our database alone. We do not have 1/30 of the market with that available data. My guess is this runs out rather quickly and a lot of SMB expecting loans do not receive them. I encourage you to also look at the ERC (employee retention credit) option. This is a less risky, fully funded option. One of our clients (18 employees) received $90k. For other businesses folks the PPP may have a bit more juice, but again more risk. My point...look into the ERC as well.
  6. zoom has some very real security issues...also they own the content that is on the screen. not a good option when you dig into those details. it did not make it through the 1st phase of our security review. winners- those with cash on deck losers- those without cash
  7. I have built our own for my sales squad... lead, appointment, notes, follow-up, proposal outstanding, closed won/lost. thats it. thats all i need to know. everything else is fluff bullshit for folks who couldnt cold call their way out of a paper bag. my reps are appreciative of this and are pretty timely and accurate.
  8. Any of you in Georgia? I expect more of these to come here in short order... The Georgia Department of Labor (GDOL) has adopted an emergency Rule 300-2-4-0.5 Partial Claims, effective March 16, 2020. The rule mandates all Georgia employers to file partial claims online on behalf of their employees for any week during which an employee (full-time/part-time) works less than full-time due to a partial or total company shutdown caused by the COVID-19 public health emergency. Any employer found to be in violation of this rule will be required to reimburse GDOL for the full amount of unemployment insurance benefits paid to the employee. Download the How Employers File Partial Claims Desk-Aid found on the GDOL Alert Page and follow the step-by-step instructions. Filing partial claims results in your employees receiving unemployment insurance (UI) benefit payments faster, usually within 48 hours for claims filed electronically. Employees for whom you file a partial claim are NOT required to report to a Georgia Department of Labor career center, register for employment services, or look for other work. Please continue to monitor our website at gdol.ga.gov for any updates to these guidelines. *** GEORGIA DEPARTMENT OF LABOR ***

  12. i grew up with a guy who was given life in high school. he was in a different county/area code when the murder was committed. they snatched him out of school never to see freedom again. i bet these cases are more frequent than we would like to think. there has been a bit of a ground swell to free Bud, but it all boils down to exposure and media to shine a light. i hate this shit.
  13. too bad this wasnt dick gottliebs home.
  14. Campechana is my go to during the week. ingredients- Pick up salsa from one of the salsa places you love, tomato puree, clamato juice, lump crab, shrimp, avocado, chicharonnes. Combine pint of salsa, 12-16 oz of tomato puree, 1/4 to 1/2 cup clamato. stir. stir in lump crab and cold shrimps(cut into 3rds). Chill for 30 mins. Add/stir in half chopped avocado per bowl. scoop up with chichronnes. put the rest in the fridge and makes for great snacking. this makes it through about 2.5/3days. Cheers.
