  1. Have you met modern Americans? We wouldn't even know where the penis is supposed to go without our phones.
  2. Pretty cool to see a Supreme Court Justice driving around town like that.
  3. UT has a (famous) history prof with a good book on that
  4. Funny we've left this one on ours.
  5. I hope that's far enough
  6. I didn't even know that 275 had toll road operators
  7. Apparently that place is awesome.
  8. Wonder what happens to this place I would not want to be in charge of cleanup, "Has anyone seen the alligators?"
  9. Those sound made up
  10. Twitter was cool when I followed a bunch of historians and museums to keep up with historiographical trends. That kind of curated experience is really what it was best at doing for people. When that kind of thing ended due to algorithm changes and people leaving the platform it made it pointless.
  11. I thought I was on the hurricane thread and got really excited thinking that he was going to play a round in the Tampa area on Wednesday.
  12. Seems like most of the models think it'll still be a 4 when it lands.
  13. I need to play more Cities:Skylines
  14. Hell I can't even sell it in Central Texas right now.
  15. That doesn't seem good
  16. I live in suburban McLennan County. I'm going to back up that line so much that they're going to have to call in a taco truck with undocumented workers. At least they'll get one more decent meal before they throw out everything with flavor.
  17. No no no, let them cook. President Harris should recognize that West Virginia doesn't recognize her or the authority of the United States. Pull federal funding and BUILD THE WALL.
  18. As a PTSD vet of Top Gun on the NES, too soon too soon
  19. There's nothing in the world like a USAF O5 (Ret.)
  20. We kept buckets of watery pulp in the utilidors under Epcot for Innoventions where we had a "make your own paper" station. You'd put the wet pulp on a screen, shake the water out, put it in an easy bake oven, and boom you have yourself some shitty paper that kids absolutely gave zero shits about. I think that closed down near the end of the Obama years. This country just doesn't do buckets of pulp like it used to, thanks a lot DEMONcrats.
