I've always had a great meal at El Dorado, though haven't been in the restaurant in a while. But we've recently put it the rotation for ordering in, and even when delivered it's really damn good. It's just going to be a different experience than Y Mas, which is more rustic Tex-Mex. El Dorado is more interior Mexican, a little fancier, and you're more likely to see a decent contingent of Northwest Hills MILFs.
  2. John Carpenter's Prince of Darkness still freaks my shit out (and love the Alice Cooper cameo).
  3. I guess all that hate finally burned him up.
  4. The dumbest guy in my fraternity got a degree in physics.
  5. One of my best friends is probably a bigger lib than I am, rarely wears team apparel, and doesn't talk about football that much anymore (though I know he still follows his alma mater closely every year), and occasionally I find myself saying, "Oh yeah, I forgot, you're an aggy."
  6. I mean, I feel that way in the early part of the week, but come Saturday I'm going to be sitting on the couch with my burnt orange shirt holding a beer in a burnt orange koozie cheering on the Horns, all reserving the right on Sunday morning to bitch about the team, the coaches, the players, the play-calling, the training staff, the kids that bring the players Gatorade bottles during a break, and how Mack Brown fucked us in 2013.

Shit, I haven't been to El Patio in over 15 years, I bet. Better than Matt's.
  8. Here’s where we are, our season goal is now dousing our head coach with a vat of mayonnaise.* *Don’t even say it, you sick twisted fucks.

Second on Curra’s. And if a cool neighborhood setting is any factor, Hyde Park has it better than the other suggestions.
  10. How is any of that going to help you at the horse track?
  11. We should accept the compact, ignore the conditions, and use the grant money on NIL.
  12. Up, down, up, down, left, right, left, right, A, B, start.
  13. Bill Clinton, Donald Trump, Bob Stoops . . . I don't care who's in the Epstein files. Release them and let the cards fall where they may.
  14. Just what are you trying to insinuate?
  15. It matters a little if you're listening to country music.
  16. She lives in Canada. I met her at Niagara Falls. You wouldn't know her.
  17. It's too bad Major Applewhite didn't have a kid earlier who was on the team now.
  18. He'll get pardoned again. It's really Arch Manning's fault.
  19. What do you guys use for chicken fajitas?
  20. I think apart from whatever fate John thought his father had passed down to him, it seemed like his physical image took a toll on him mentally. He talked about someone in the business telling him that he shouldn't loose too much weight, and as great as he was in Stripes, he didn't like his weight featuring so prominently in the jokes about his character. There was also a segment in the documentary where an interviewer asked him something along the lines of whether it would be better for him to lose weight, and the flinching look on John's face in reaction seemed like one of genuine pain.
  21. Also, I probably haven’t seen Splash since the 1980’s. Of course I remember John Candy and the famous racquetball scene, but didn’t realize how much he nailed that character performance.
  22. Hey, it's not just all bad weather on KUT, so don't quit on them. They also cover how the Trump administration is trampling our democracy on a daily basis.
