  1. I’ll never stop loving chicken nuggets.
  2. It’s worth a reminder that Jahdae Barron’s defense of Jeremiah Smith in the semifinal is one of the most impressive performances I’ve seen from a Texas defensive back in my lifetime as a Longhorns fan.
  3. How can you expect more from Jesus, your Lord and personal savior?
  4. A lot of my gifs are pulled from Yarn, and I’ve noticed for whatever reason that those images can show up one day and then blank out another. I’m an imbecile, but not for this.
  5. Wrong. He once rushed for 4 yards, and the stadium went wild.
  6. The Art of the Shine Box.
  7. I am aware. If this season had a schedule more like that, I'd be closer to making it my last. But as I indicated, I'll be in for at least one more season.
  8. Do you mean for the 2025 season, or some other year when Danny Young was in the backfield?
  9. It's one of the worst home schedules in a long, long time. I've been on the fence about renewing my season tickets after this season (had them since 1996), but I now feel like I can't go out with this piece of shit home schedule, even if it turns out we win the national championship.
  10. Can I interest you in a Quinn Ewers thread? It's well-aged and pairs nicely with a Coach Prime discussion.
  11. Just don't say "he seems like he sucks." That is the jinx of death.
  12. I didn't realize this, but Danny Young was still taking up roster space in Sark's first season. https://texaslonghorns.com/sports/football/roster/daniel-young/10704
  13. My wife and I liked the first episode, but sounds like we don't need to spend our time on the rest of the series.
  14. Yes, he'll do what Trump wants, which will disenfranchise a good number of Republican voters, and the party will still clean house in statewide elections.
  15. He's also built like Freshman Colt McCoy whose body is not used to being hit by grown ass college defenders.
  16. He did, but a quick scan of his career stats at Texas indicates he didn't miss a lot of playing time.
  17. I'm fine with that. I just don't want to see him run like Sam Ehlinger. Sam was definitely tough, but he was also lucky to avoid any significant injury with all of the running he did.
  18. Sort of the basis for my question. Being a first-year starter after a couple years in a college system and some decent live game reps is one thing. But a true/redshirt freshman without that history is another. As it pertains to Sayin and how good he might play against the Horns (and the rest of the season), I was wondering if Trevor Lawrence was an outlier and the rest of those guys were in their respective programs longer.
  19. So in light of the Sayin news, I recall Trevor Lawrence won the title as a true freshman. Who else on this list was a true or redshirt freshman?
