DT portal recruiting does not seem like it’s going well. Especially with needing 2-3 more for spring.
7 teams still with players possibly entering , so we will see. Can only hope.

Every time Golden catches the KO in the endzone I'm just screaming no at the TV to no avail. 15 yards later my wife is wondering why I'm so worked up after a play where we "gained" so much "space".
Me too. Only thing more aggravating is the 15 yard return married to a "holding by the return team, half the distance to goal" start, when we could have just sat on it and had the ball at the 25.

Do any of you guys know bear country? Maybe the builder would know, but I'm wondering what is a problem and what isn't a problem. I've heard trash is a problem, but if you put the trash in the garage, I've heard about cases like:
Still, I think the garage is the answer. I don't have any clue on when people put trash out for pickup or if there is pickup.
And we are doing an addition next year (so I'll probably know the answer by then, but if you guys know)... Is an outdoor dining area possible? Is a grill in a dining area like below possible? Currently, there is induction cooking inside. I don't know much about grilling inside though and I know nothing about how to do it with induction heat. Shit, maybe I should have bought a house in the Caribbean first.
Got family in Sandpoint...always enjoy my visits there. They also have land in Clark, MT (about an hour away), on the Clark Fork River , right before the Dam at the lake. Cool area, we had a bear in the camp a couple years ago , but no problems as they spooked and ran. I didnt see him, but my dad did.

You forgot College of the Redwoods and Humboldt State in that long list. Lulz.
CSB...my cousin went to Humboldt State, forestry school. Grew up in Long Beach and headed north after a couple of years at Long Beach CIty College (locals call it City).

The sake reason we played Cedric Woodard at DE in 1999. Lack of dline depth try to get your best 4 dlinemen on the field.
That said, Humphrey, Rogers, Hampton, Woodard was a great dline.
Up there with Giles, Dronett, Jeter and Patton

Best thing about this run is the first tackler pulled his ball arm and he didn’t cough it up.
I like how he covered the ball with 2 hands at initial contact

Fun fact, we've only played Arizona State once. The 2007 Holiday Bowl which we won 52-34. Another fun fact, Shaggybevo started up around that time, mostly in anger over how terrible the Texas football season had gone under Mack and Hornfans iron fist that suppressed any anger over said terrible season.
Believe that was the game Mack’s stepson touched a live ball in the field of play negating a chance at a fumble recovery. Game was out hand at that point.
ASU was talking a lot of shit leading up to that game. I seem to recall they were a fringe top 10 team that year.

I don’t know who you listen to for market forecasts, but the market is at one of the highest CAPE ratios in history. Buffet is sitting at high levels of cash, and a whole waft of investors, like myself, are bracing for the inevitable major market pullback that will definitely happen once the new administration comes in and starts dealing with the deficit, social security, and Medicare.
Pain is coming my friends. And many investors know it. You can’t listen to pundits or investment advisors. They are all compronised. They make money regardless of the environment so they will often tout upside over down side.
I dont know about that...everyone was predicting a deep recession too as rates continued to go up, inflation was stubborn, wars raging, domestic political climate uncertainty and a major housing shortage.
The consumer is resilient. Paper wealth in retirement accounts are at all time highs, home equity wealth makes people feel 'better' about their standing. If you want a job you can find one, at better pay too as its a worker's market. Lots of cash earning 5% will have to go somewhere in 2025.
Now rates are ebbing, inflation number was pointing positively and if you believe Goolsby, we are headed to 2%. I dont think '25 will match 23-24, but 10% in the S&P is doable. If Trump lets you write off car interest, watch for that industry to blow up. More line workers in the rust belt, manufacturing states.

I just want Sark to shelve the play where QE fakes a hand off then spins around and does a screen pass to his blind side.
Takes way too long to develop and teams with athletes on D blow it up as IOL for Texas is not great at holding blocks that long vs good D lines.
Agreed, Michigan almost took it for a pick 6 as have a couple other teams this year... and seems like teams are on to that motion. All the pre-snap movement also appears to not really be generating the defensive re- alignment its designed to elicit. One thing i could see us doing is more 'orbit', where we throw to the WR motioning (ala D Smith at Bama and X last year) as a result of the defense not trailing/respecting that player as much.
I believe Sark with 2 weeks will come up with more wrinkles.

He had a 12-0 season a couple years ago. They would likey have been a playoff team, seems like a good fit for him.

Any update on Kelvin Banks injury?
he is ready per a tweet I saw today. Said he feels comfortable. We should be good there. Bond is another question. Don't think he plays much from what I have seen. We'll go heavy to Golden, Moore, Wingo and Helm. We havent run the reverse to Wingo in a long time. I look for Sark to have some things up his sleeve if we can get it to two scores.
Dabo will run some trick plays and maybe even an on-side if they have momentum. He'll try and steal a possession and play keep away with QB runs on most 3rd and shorts, like others have said , Sam Ellinger ball.

While he certainly might, a review of Twitter doesn't show anyone but trolls and randos actually reporting his commitment.
Well hell I fell for it. Thanks for the heads up. Thankfully we are not playing him, I dont like seeing former Horns do well against us.

Not sure if already posted, but we'll be playing against none other than Malik Murphy at Kentucky next season.

Williams isn't transferring
We do have his favorite QB on campus (or will be shortly) for what that is worth. Lot of players jumping off SS Doboer right now, so we'll see. QB situation at Bama is looking bleak until the D'ville kid gets up and running. I imagine Bama will land a transfer QB, but they may be looking at a steep drop off.

Dang. And Tennessee fired him for cause so he didn’t get a buyout.
Big scandal. I have a pretty good Vol buddy, so i get more Tenn news than i care to admit. He got caught paying $60K to recruits and lied to the school admin about it in the process, something along those lines.
