Only thing I'll add is to figure out if the icemaker you settle on requires a floor drain. Some do, some don't.
I had a GE Profile undercounter - it was pretty decent.
My method for reheating pizza: Warm up the comal/skillet on medium heat. Microwave pizza 1 minute. This gets the cheese/ingredients warm. Transfer from microwave to comal/skillet. Profit.
Just got back from a Fri-Sun trip with some buddies.
Was lower temps and more humidity than Austin over the weekend. Helluva rain late Friday, got soaked because who takes an umbrella to Vegas? So weird.
Downtown/Fremont is the worst of humanity. Golden Nugget and Binions and the like set up metal detectors for the anticipated crowds for the Soundgarden/Hoobastank double-bill. Blech.
However, ducked into Circa to check it out, and it is amazing. Play video poker while overlooking the massive sports book and the most impressive set-up of TVs I've ever seen? Yes, please.
Talent on the Strip and in the Strip casinos is still amazing.
Three-card poker is a great social game if you're with a group that wants to gambool together. Or commandeer a row of VP at a bartop - that's a blast too.
Got it out of my system until next trip.
I've been to both places a few times while visiting my son (his college is in FiDi). Both places are money. I mean, George Washington went to Fraunces Tavern!
The large portrait of Howard in SCUBA gear (maybe just a dive mask) at his memorial, after allegedly offing himself by walking into the ocean, was kinda funny to me.
Had to nope outta that one. I am the biggest pussy in the world about heights (well, maybe tied with several on this thread). In NYC, had family go to top of the new-ish Freedom Tower. I stayed on terra firma, cuz f dat.
