Stayed at the Venetian for the F1 Las Vegas Grand Prix. All the pedestrian bridges over the strip were covered preventing you from watching the race from that vantage point. Also, that long walk from the Palazzo to the Sphere had F1 race posters covering the glass the whole damn way. Other than having a hotel room overlooking the strip, there was no way to watch the race for free…aside from watching it streaming. We ventured north from the Venetian and the next stop was the Wynn/Encore. Much less foot traffic and a much less noisy casino than the V/P. So, we continued the trek north to Resorts World. Huge, beautiful casino, but you could fire a cannon in there and not hit anyone. And we continued our trek north to Circus Circus and then to the Fountainebleau. Another large, beautiful casino and, once again, there were very few bodies gambling. It’s a long way from the Fountainebleau to civilization, so, if you offer decent action, you should be able to get a freebie at either Resorts World or the Fountainebleau. Both have to be hemorrhaging cash based on the few people gambling.
