It's only once they leave (or start running out of time more frequently) that they become a piece of shit not worthy of stepping foot on the hallowed aggie campus. Then they knew all along that this guy was never a true aggie, and it's a actually good thing that they didn't win a title with him because they'd rather lose with "class" than win with whatever the opposite of aggie-style "class" is. In fact, maybe some of the true redass ags on the team lost the title game on purpose because they knew the coach was a garbage person and didn't want to taint the aggie legacy with an impure win under someone who didn't live up to the code. heroes.
