  1. So, going to post something positive here that maybe isn't worthy of the "Austin can't quite you thread". Here's the scenario. Trying to transfer a title on a car... not providing all the details but it has to be done in person. Car is in Harris County, will end up in Harris County. Harris County: You have to come in to do it. Can't walk in. Next appointment? Mid-December. Travis County: You have to come in to do it. You can walk in anytime. No appointment. F Harris County
  2. BTW... YTTV streaming inflation from July 2020 - today is about 30%

  8. Bruh... we're taking my son and his friends to the Crossover (may as well be Lubbock) for his birthday. So far away. At least they have a giant TV outside.
  9. I've just decided we'll go watch the game somewhere and F the other games. If I want to see them, I just go somewhere else. I really don't want to get Fubo because it just feels like its playing into Disney's hands.
  10. So i'll point this out b/c my wife likes General Hospital and DWTS but you can always get the regular Disney+ bundle with Hulu/Disney+ and HBO Max and then watch past shows, just not live.
  11. On an unrelated/related note, I noticed yesterday that Eastland and two counselors were mentioned in the obituary section of the Alcalde.

  21. McAfee... https://www.si.com/media/pat-mcafee-calls-out-espn-stars-youtube-tv This was after Mike Greenberg told posted this: McAfee's response... “We’re all done with it. And also, if you’re on TV, stop telling people to go to a website to save a multi-billion-dollar deal. Nobody cares what you have to say. There will be nothing that we have to say or any website that will be visited. There are, I don’t want to say the exact names, but these people (hands up high), let’s put our swords down. Let’s put our swords down for the good of sports." He added: “We need each other. A lot of people saying ‘greedy corporations,’ it’s like, yeah. We need each other, especially with where sports are right now. And we’re in the middle of it, so let’s get it done. And stop asking me to go to a website. I don’t want to do that, so stop... all you’re doing is pissing everybody off even more. So it’s like, let’s just not do that.”
  22. To be fair, 2 out of 3 of those are playing into Disney's hands
