  1. I have Raspberry Pi connected to my TV with OSMC loaded (off shoot of Kodi) with a 4 TB external drive connect to the PI. It plays everything I throw at it with ease. I also have another external drive connected to my Router which is shared on the network. The older TV's have a problem playing some media, but my newer ones have no issue.
  2. Have you seen the price tag on the Double Eagle Very Rare Bourbon? $2000 only 299 bottles available. https://thewhiskeywash.com/whiskey-styles/bourbon/buffalo-trace-pushes-out-a-20-year-old-eagle-rare-bourbon/ Bit out of my price range.
  3. Anyone see the Basil Hayden 10 year in the wild yet?? Basil Hayden’s 10-Year-Old Bourbon Arrives Just in Time for the Holidays https://gearpatrol.com/2018/12/06/basil-haydens-10-year-holiday-bourbon-whiskey/
  4. Breck and Keystone opened today. First time to open early in 10 years. With 11 runs open. Will be there for Thanksgiving week.
  5. Going to be in Huntsville, Alabama next week is it worth the 30 minute drive up to Tennessee to look for Bourbon??? Any chance of finding anything worthwhile in Alabama?

  7. Played in a tournament this weekend here in Colorado. Shot a 40 on the front got a call from my daughter that she had rear ended another car in traffic. Ended up shooting a 51 on the back. Moral of the story concentration is required for a good game of golf!
  8. Anyone have any ideas about getting rid Moss? It's trying to take over my yard.
  9. This could make it easier for Cord Cutters! A New Bill Would Make It Easier for DIRECTV NOW, Sling TV, Hulu, & Others to Stream Local https://www.cordcuttersnews.com/a-new-bill-would-make-it-easier-for-directv-now-sling-tv-hulu-others-to-stream-locals/ This week, Steve Scalise introduced a bill in the United States House of Representatives that would make it easier for live TV streaming services to include local TV stations. According to the bill, it would remove any requirements to have retransmission consent from local broadcasters before streaming local TV online. This would allow companies like Sling TV, DIRECTV NOW, Hulu, and others to stream locals without long contracts. It would also allow services like Areo to stream locals online. “Innovation tends to follow the path of least government resistance,” Scalise said in a statement. “For proof, look no further than the growth of online streaming services that are operating in a completely free market, while competing against other platforms that are regulated as if they were still monopolies from the 1990s. My legislation will level the playing field so consumers can benefit from even more freedom in the video marketplace.” Many have asked why services are barred from streaming free over-the-air TV. For now, the current retransmission laws bar anyone from rebroadcasting free over-the-air TV online. This bill would not only push streaming forward but also make cord cutting services cheaper. Currently, $12 on average of your live TV streaming service bill goes to locals. If this bill goes forward live TV streaming would no longer have to pay locals. This could help push the cost of live TV services down to below $30. The bill faces a hard, uphill battle. While cable industries may support it, look for local stations to fight back against the bill.
  10. Hundreds of fish killed in leak from bourbon warehouse collapse. Sad day for 1792 lovers! LOUISVILLE — An unknown amount of alcohol leaked into waterways after a distillery warehouse collapsed on Friday, sending barrels stacked seven stories high toppling to the ground. Not all of the 9,000 barrels affected in the collapse leaked, according to the state's Department of Environmental Protection, but at least some under the rubble at Barton 1792 Distillery in Bardstown, Kentucky did spill bourbon and brandy into nearby waterways https://www.courier-journal.com/story/news/politics/2018/06/25/barton-1792-distillery-could-pay-bourbon-warehouse-collapse/731437002/
  11. Anybody take a look at the FireTV Cube? https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01NBTFNVA/ref=ods_gw_sk_v6?pf_rd_p=653dee4f-7535-4c3a-b174-499fb77648da&pf_rd_r=ZK47E89N1V1Y0ZCA87K0
  12. Can't comment on the fishing, but Sting Ray tour is pretty cool. Starfish point is neat to check out the starfish. Kalibo Beach bar is a cool place to hang out. Rum Point is a tourist trap. We stayed on the East end and really enjoyed how quiet it was. West side is where the boats come in and has a good night life. Be sure to buy alcohol from duty free on your way alcohol is pricey. Bottle of Woodford Reserve for me and a bottle of Vodka for the wife went a long ways.
  13. Ellis Singles to right center. No Outs

  15. Thanks for the info I'll check with my Doc. I see him this Friday.
  16. .5 ml every week. When I first started the injections he tested my estradiol and T every month. Bitch Tits are gone!
  17. I got my router with the 20% off. Still had a router config from a previous buyer. The firmware was ancient and setup was a pain, but once I updated the firmware it ran like a champ. Of course had to reset to factory defaults to get into the router.
  18. On the Pi remotes are no issue. I use a wireless mini Keyboard.
  19. Plus the Pi has the USB ports to plug an external drive directly to the unit.
  20. Had the PI available from a Science project my son had done. Plus at my office we have 10 to 20 laying around for testing. FireTV maybe the way I go with the wife for the ease of use.
  21. Never ran Kodi. I used to use the Western Digital Media player for attaching an external hard drive. Problem was there was not MovieDB and you had to add image files for the movies. Then once you got over a 1,000 movies scrolling/searching was slow. Heard about Kodi and stumbled on OSMC. OSMC is a breeze to install and setup. When I cut the cord I have to have an easy solution for the wife plus DVR is a must. Even though I can download any series for her she prefers DirecTV DVR.
  22. If you have any questions on OSMC let me know. It runs fantastic on the Pi 3 full 1080P. It's sluggish on PI 2 but still plays. Haven't tried on the new Pi 3+ as of yet. I might fire up a version of Kodi this weekend. COHorn
