Estell and Brown at safety, Foster at Joker, Jones at Nickel... Adimora will play some out of necessity no doubt, but starting at Nickel is not in any way a desired outcome

Agreed. Adimora had one pass defense, and it was on a play in which he was beaten badly and got lucky that the ball was slightly overthrown. He needs more time before we roll him out there vs. ou.

  2. Last night set the "Kellen Moore will be a HC in the NFL" talk back multiple seasons. Dallas could not run to set up the pass, they could not pass to set up the run. There were no downfield shots or big plays. It was a miserable gameplan with even worse execution.

Here's my tip of the day for the Dallas offensive braintrust…..When you can't run the ball effectively, continuing to dial up play action passes doesn't work.

Except the offense wasn’t getting to the edge for OSU on Saturday. The defensive gameplan actually worked great. The 3 DL set up was still too much for OSU’s supposedly good OL, and the back 8 contained and controlled for much of the game. The biggest issue, by far, was the two muffed punts. Texas basically held OSU’s offense, in its natural form, to two tds. The ST fuckups wreck the perception though.

This is the correct answer. The defense might have missed a few assignments, but overall, they played very well. Graham, Roach, and Coburn were dominant from the 3 man front, and pushed the OSU OLine into their own backfield all night. Hubbard is probably the fastest back we will see all year and he only turned the corner 1 time (the 10 yd TD late in the game). The QB run is what hurt us in the 2nd half, and we just need to clean up the missed tackles in those situations. Overall, this was a great game plan and very good execution. This game probably should have been more like 45-14, but our Special Teams sucked ass through a straw on several occasions.

  4. aggy has to win this weekend. That is the way the heavens intended for the rollercoaster to work. They will roll Arky by 3 td's and then beat their chest and talk about how great the team responded to Jimbo's natty level motivational techniques. Then they will proceed to shit the bed again in the coming week's. The story is already written.

  5. Orlando was not the defenses problem tonight. He schemed both Hubbard and Wallace out of the game. We had a ton of injuries, missed tackles, and blown secondary assignments. Two of those three are directly on the players
