  1. As long as Arch doesn't go full b̶r̶a̶i̶n̶ ̶d̶e̶a̶d̶ Eli, I really don't see a universe where he doesn't have a better season than QE did last year 👀
  2. Holy shit man, Jirby is going IN on Daniel Vaughn. His other post dissappeared from yesterday but TxMo threatened him with a cease and desist He's been outspoken about Franklin before and the work environment.
  3. Placing the credit at Brandon Harris' feet for the top 5 classes is ludicrous. On the list of reasons why Texas signed those classes, he isn't even sniffing the top 10.
  4. In case people are not aware, tavern pies have been around forever and are objectively better than deep dish. And you can make an incredible one at home.
  5. Honestly, thank God Jimmy Lake crashed out the way he did.
  6. If you are losing $15b a YEAR with basicslly no revenue, it's not a fucking business. It's a cash incinerator the likes never before seen on this planet.
  7. Neto was a top 200 national composite recruit, top 50 national On3 recruit, and the #6 composite IOL in the country who played at Allen and is likely to be the starter at LG next year lol
  8. Ewers was just so so so inaccurate down field. It's a fair trade off for more explosives https://www.daftondraft.football/p/nfl-draft-quinn-ewers-ball-placement-accuracy-profile
  9. Text Snippets he said it a ton, people are just going to say "it's just Mississippi State" - but he focuses on the action that Manning has, and his mechanics, playing on time, knowing the system - stuff that is applicable no matter who the opponent is. There's no doubting the talent. "I think he's going to be much better than what's been on the field the last two years"
  10. I just didn't play defense last year because I'm bad at it. My happiness went way up. Update: don't change any positions, at any grade or even with incoming athletes. It breaks them all, just let the game drop them into the appropriate
  11. Yes, you could move a specific archetype to say DE and in year 2 he would be good, year 3 could be even better. You should do it!
  12. Don't let anyone tell you Anthony Hill can only rush the passer E: mittens beat me to it
  13. Maybe the best hair in f1?
  14. You can adjust the settings, I'm just our here rawdogging it with the default which I think is 30. Honestly though I'm in for it. I made the playoffs in like year 2 last year with Texas State. Bring on the difficulty. Also, dynasty and bringing in recruits in the portal can be super helpful. Brought in Ty Anthony Smith from Texas as a sophomore transfer two star who was like a 70 with star dev...dude had 46 points to spend after one year and got up to a mid 80s after I spent them. Now, he may (probably) leave next year too but can hold out hope! Also if doing a dynasty don't change positions for anyone right now. It's completely broken at the moment...the goal was to stop you from taking a RB, flipping him to DE and in a year having him be incredibly good the next season. But it's broken and drastically impacts skill caps after moving them, like 2 caps to 17 in some cases I saw on YT...even if flipping from say LG to RG. Just make changes in depth chart not in position change option. Nobody is sure if that's an issue with freshmen only or not but why chance nuking someone over it.
  15. Started a Sam Houston dynasty last night and my team got fucking decimated by transfer portal...some of them I can understand but guys leaving because of conference prestige always make me laugh. In other news, I think Sark got fired after year 1 and Manning portaled to Tennessee so who knows. I'm following the Bordeaux and NYE recommendations of focusing on dudes with deal-breakers of proximity to home from now on 😂
  16. I think it's pretty clear Yuki.is a competent midfield driver, and he's the best driver in that second seat last year Genuinely don't think anyone in their development program is a better driver in that seat next year either. Then it becomes a car question, and one is comically better than anyone else on the grid right now. It's ultimately his fault as CEO but an incredible amount of the fault lies with their vaunted junior program developing very few drivers over the last say 5 years. Here's the drivers the last ~ten seasons for junior team Isak Hadjar Danny Ric Lawson Yuki Nyck de Vryes Pierre Gasly Daniel Kvyat Alex Albon Brendon Hartley Carlos Sainz left in 2017 Max last drove for them in 2016 Marko really has done a fucking terrible job at developing top f1 drivers who stick around RBR.
  17. I know a few people who have used them fully without guardrails or with extremely limited ones, we're talking back of the house stuff they see because they are in VC. Both of them were totally radicalized to the fact that guardrails are incredibly important and needed, where before they thought either they weren't needed at all or were ambivalent about them. These are guys who have been in and around the industry for decades, one of them has been super active in the FAANG areas, so he's seen a lot of shit from back of house.
  18. He's in a Lebron-type situation where he should negotiate to have an player/driver out in his contract every year. If I'm him I'm absolutely not signing a long term contact when any team on the grid would happily drop one of their drivers to get you. Especially with what's happened in the last two reg chages. Edit: max update
  19. I found an applicable map for who would turn them in in this situation
  20. The fact they are objectively the 4th/5th best athletic department in their own conference, while spending THAT much money will never ever not be funny to me.
