  1. the majority of which he would start with his poor passing.
  2. i know he has been hurt but wanyama has really dropped off this year. disappointing.
  3. with the exception of the logo those are pretty nice.
  4. he definitely needs a long period of rest and recovery. each of these ankle injuries was “significant”, but he generally comes back way ahead of schedule. i hope gareth lets let rashford, sterling and vardy carry the load for england this summer. https://mobile.twitter.com/OMyles90/status/1116413767863218177?
  5. thanks for clearing that up. i guess i was just confused by the whining. and the bemoaning. and the complaining. and the lack of any mention of spurs being on the receiving end of bad refereeing, contrary to the claim made after yet another lamentation on behalf of arsenal. but then again it's probably just my lack of objectivity.
  6. koscielny was well over the line when kane’s pen was taken. it happens on almost every pen. arsenal fans complaining about vertonghen when auba shouldnt have even been taking a pen at all is lame. almost as lame as his penalty attempt.
  7. xhaka is dirty AF. when lee dixon is questioning how a gooner hasnt gotten a card 3/4 of the way through the game you know the refereeing is questionable at best. glad to get the first draw of the season and stop the bleeding.
  8. if someone told you at the beginning of last season that spurs would draw at both the bernabeu and camp nou within 15 months would you have believed them?
  9. poch got this. letting ramsey and lacazette lull them into a false sense of security before dropping the sub hammer in the last 8 minutes.
  10. great win today. also here to eat a little crow on sissoko. he has been excellent the last two matches. if he is finding some of the form that brought him to spurs in the first place it would be very good for the season's prospects indeed.
  11. villa was never letting grealish go unless someone paid way over market value for him. look, a C is harsh but consider the source. the financial constraints you mention also aren't going away, so i wouldn't expect much in january especially with the new stadium still delayed. spurs are about to get into the meat of their first half league schedule. let's revisit in a few weeks.
  12. it's a bit of both. knowing that spurs don't typically spend like the other clubs, and especially weren't going to this past summer, he still should have identified some realistic options and it seems he didn't. you can also look at the 17/18 season. the only guys consistently performing/contributing are sanchez and lucas. everyone else has been a big bag of meh.
