  1. Some did and some did not. It is my understanding the original purchaser did, did not have it specified, but as you mentioned, had the "residual estate" section. I would think that ownership would pass down (if not specified) by who gets the residual estate and if intestate then by the laws of the state for intestate succession (I'm not a lawyer, haven't called mine about this yet for the friend, but I may have fapped to Susan Dey when she was on LA Law.)
  2. This isn't actually for me, but a friend (no, really). My family is all buried (back 5 generations) here in a private cemetery on our farm. The farm is in my name now, so I get to decide who can or can not be buried in it if some distant cousin or unknown relative pops up.
  3. If a plot/square/etc was purchased in a public cemetery several generations ago (I understand that one is not actually buying the land but sort of buying an easement to plant people in accordance with the cemetery rules), and if the purchaser or even his children did not specify/bequeath in their will who controls it, what happens when you have 10 or 20 grandchildren or even great-grandchildren who hate each other and disagree who can or can't be buried in it? Does it sit empty for eternity? Does it revert back to ownership of the Cemetery Burial Association?
  4. Fried bologna sandwich with egg on white toast is not uncommon out here. But then again, so is moonshine and incest.
  5. on an all you can eat buffet.
  6. I don't believe that is now true. In it's early days, Liberty Baptist College was most definitely more of a church than an institution of higher learning, but as it has evolved over the past 20-25 years, academics and accreditation take an important role. Yes Liberty University is a faith based school, say similar to BYU, but the education in most disciplines offered is now comparable to a mid level state school. BTW, I'm not Baptist nor a donor to LU, I just think that your statement is demonstrably false.
  7. You do know that Falwell, Jr is the president of a University. It's his brother Jonathan who is the pastor at Thomas Road Baptist .
  8. It must have hit a new wall. A yuge wall.
  9. Not sure a full legal opinion can be given without pics of Neighbor B's wife.

    Necco Wafers

Good site to remember our childhood by.. https://www.oldtimecandy.com/ There is a link at the bottom for discontinued ones. My favorite growing up was a Powerhouse Bar.
  11. I'll go with Lhorn's take that you are an undermedicated loon.
  12. My two favorite comedies from growing up were Animal House and Blazing Saddles. I would bet neither could be made today.
  13. Need pics of her neatly shaven bush to see if she is truly committed. Will pass on pics of her arm pits.
  14. The motto that has served Pacman Jones well throughout his career. PS: I have no idea how we kept him eligible for three years.
  15. Or sell real estate in South Dakota (or wherever that other clown was from).
  16. I have no doubt that they are held in various multiple layers of both private corps and LLC's and every other type of entity. Even if basis for depreciation is seen on them, that won't indicate current value and his net worth. That's why I don't see the great thing in looking at his taxes other than to see the effective tax rate he paid from using complicated current tax law. I wouldn't doubt some years it was very low or zero or even less. That's what accountants are for ( not saying it is good). As someone who personally owns farms, timber, minerals and investment real estate, depletion and depreciation in our current tax code is pretty incredible for offsetting income.
  17. His claim is a multi-billionaire (real estate is fun to overvalue when leveraged). My question with this is how would his income reporting have any way of exposing his net worth and whether he is a millionaire/billionaire? It may or may not show where he made/lost money certain years, but has no indication of the value behind the assets.
  18. Cutthroat wears fake Big Baller Brand ZO2's.

    Work Time Waster

I would go nuts having to come in without a defined purpose. If I were you, I would come in and catch up on the news for an hour or so over coffee, and then either start taking classes online for some type of masters, or start a side business. At a minimum, learn a new language. If they don't need you for 6-12 months, maybe they don't need you and you will be moved out later on. I wouldn't want someone who I was looking to hire to explain they did nothing for 6 months... Your other options are surfing porn or spending your entire day posting in CR with some of the loons.
