All local and national media seem to agree now that we probably need to play Arch more to win it all if Quinn keeps playing like he has been. I don’t seen how even the biggest Ewers apologist don’t see that at this point. He has already proven he can adlib on broken plays or take off running better than Quinn. I don’t see the harm in giving him a couple series’s at this point. Most of us aren’t Quinn haters like some try to say, we can just see he limits the offense hugely with how he’s been playing.
The guy with the trivia question about beating three teams where a Super Bowl has been held…. No one had a clue what he was talking about, then he’s like Rice.
I’m debating buying tickets to the Comedy Mothership for Sunday night. They actually have tickets available still which is rare, with the holidays I doubt Dave Chappelle or anyone else will be popping in but you never know.
Well they aren’t wrong. The other guys were like Ewers won’t win you a playoff game, he’s a game manager qb at this point and Texas’s season lies on how many mistakes will he make at this point. The cats out of the bag, everyone knows our weak spot on this team is the QB….
Listening to xm college radio and Jimbo is on talking about Texas. Says after they talk about Quinn’s completion percentage with blitzes and he says with a blitzes it’s impossible to cover all those guys downfield…. He literally doesn’t know all those passes are to check downs and screens. If you don’t watch a team every week you do not know wtf is going on actually…. Hints why the national media was slow to calling Ewers out, but most are reviewing and doing it now.
Texas State take a bunch of undergrad classes the first couple years and give them time to decide what they want to do. If boys bang a bunch of coeds while doing undergrad basics, profit? This new way of thinking that by the time you’re a sophomore or junior in high school you should know what you want to do with your life is odd to me.
Went to the Christmas deal with lights, ice skating and the slide at the Toyota Field. Don’t waste your money, It’s definitely not worth the $45 or whatever the tickets are and $10 to park. Great idea though because they are making a killing.
This shit sucks. Especially in the last 4-5 years or so it seems HEB suppliers went to these aggie jalapeños, it’s almost impossible to find a spicy one these days. You ruin jalapeños, overtime in college football, what’s next?
My dad swears he saw a black panther at his place along the river in Lavaca county. He said the deer that usually came to the feeder stopped coming around for a while around that time too.
Seems like we need better people up in the box analyzing what’s going on the first half. Aren’t there people who go thru film during the game looking for adjustments to be made at half or is that just a NFL thing? If not we need that bad.
My high school punter averaged more yards than Shane Lechler his senior year in high school, same year and division level. Dumbass didn’t go anywhere to play because of some girl or some shit. Lechler also beat our ass as qb when we played them.
That sucks but understandable. I was probably going to signup next week but had to make sure it would work with holiday plans. Anyone not going to the game getting together for a watch party somewhere?
So it was a post to pylon or a curl to the pylon? Sure, Ok…. Looks much more like adjusting to a bad pass than a planned deep pass to the front corner of the end zone. If I’m throwing a post I wouldn’t throw it to the front corner of the end zone.
