  1. He really didn't like being reminded that he's voting for a 34-time convicted felon and rapist.
  2. Trump: "When I say we need to arrest the 'enemy within', I'm speaking of democrats. American citizens. Not illegal immigrants. Here, let me give you examples of the enemy within. The people I am going to have arrested. Nancy Pelosi, and Adam Schiff. These are the people I'm talking about." Johnson/Vance: "He's clearly talking about illegal immigrants."
  3. Eyes, tits, and crazy. I am at her mercy.
  4. I obviously did not watch any of his set, but I'm gonna call bullshit on "I made fun of everyone". Unless he means it like "Everyone, from brown people, to black people, to trans people, to brown people. Everyone."
  5. ha ha ha ha ha it's funny because he called Walz a woman as an insult.
  6. Harris campaign needs to be cutting some ads. "Their entire closing message is hate and fear."
  7. This is it. Their entire message to the electorate. We hate brown and trans people.
  8. That rep was based on throws that he no longer even attempts. It's not like we were all slobbering over his ability to toss the ball out to the flat to a RB or WR. Whole thing just sucks.
  9. "Hey J.D. Vance, how's it goin---" "BROWN PEOPLE! NOT ENOUGH WHITE PEOPLE! NEED MORE WHITE PEOPLE EVERYWHERE"
  10. Just as a general idea of how long it's been, January 6th happened four days after Tom Herman was fired here. Over a year before Quinn Ewers stepped foot on campus. That we couldn't squeeze in the trial of a president who tried to overturn an election he lost means the system is broken.
  11. I think you probably meant "can"? But that's the problem. Chances are you're not getting that version of Quinn for four quarters. And against comparable athletes? No chance.
  12. Wadlington on Ewers. I have felt for awhile now that he is biting his tongue on the Ewers vs. Arch deal. Like going back to the spring. "The 10-20 yard intermediate balls hitting receivers on the move that used to be a fixture of the Texas offense have all but disappeared." "27 of Ewers’ 36 attempts were targeted behind the LOS or 0-9 yards down the field. That’s 75% of all drop backs. Unsurprisingly, his average depth of target for the game was a modest 5.5 yards. While the deep ball hasn’t been a significant part of his game most of the season, he has always created explosives through the intermediate game (10-20 yards), which was a co-equal part of his passing attempts. For the season, Ewers is completing only 50% of of his intermediate balls and they’ve made up only 19.1% of his total attempts. Since the injury, they represent 16% of his passing repertoire. In 2023, 28.6% of his attempts were intermediate and he completed 68.6% of them at 12.6 yards per attempt. #3’s stat line of 27 of 37 for 288 and three touchdowns is nothing to denigrate – yards is yards – but two interceptions and four sacks contributed to scoring friction. Both interceptions were on play action. The first a batted RPO, the second a play action tip. I don’t think you can really attribute either play to the QB – it sort of goes into the column of “stuff that can happen when you throw those concepts” – but this isn’t the first time we’ve seen it. Perhaps some QBs are more prone to this sort of thing dependent on their timing, ability to find passing windows or their release point. On the season, Ewers is dead last in the SEC in ADOT (average depth of target) and ranked 285th in college football of all QBs. Stats often lie, but those don’t. Texas has been reduced to a nickel and dime passing offense."
  13. That's the best a Texas QB has played this year. The really frustrating thing with Ewers is that he can play like an elite college QB for a quarter or a half, and then an adjustment is made, and then he looks like a slower dumber Case McCoy and can't complete a pass 10 yards past the LOS. I don't envy the position Sark is in here.
  14. Quite possibly the strangest, most frustrating Texas player in my lifetime. I still don't know what to make of him. Chris Simms is the only real comp I can think of.
  15. Like a fifth quarter of the Georgia game. Complete with a holding call on Roberson starting us off deep in our own territory.
  16. ….while going to various swing states and shit talking their largest cities.
  17. Prince Akeem’s girlfriend? Cleo McDowell’s daughter.
  18. Second best odds in Predictit are for an outcome that would have Trump winning multiple states that aren't swing states (and also all seven swing states). New Mexico, Virginia, etc. Just not reality based.
  19. It hasn't been ignored. It's been discussed constantly.
