  1. That's about 31 yards per game.
  2. IT After receiving immediate input on Parker Livingstone’s third strong practice in a row, IT asked another source to name the first player who comes to mind after Saturday’s practice. Unsurprisingly, the response was yet again Parker Livingstone. While we don’t want to create a cult hero before he produces on the field, we wouldn’t be doing our job if we didn’t report what was happening in practice. You’re in control of your expectations; we’re in control of reporting what’s happening. It would be half-assed reporting if we said, “Arch Manning yet again threw a couple of play-action bombs to… someone.” The truth is, Livingstone is giving corners trouble. They’re going to need to turn and run earlier in the route, which gives him more leverage to snap it off. He had at least two touchdowns on the day. ***Play-action passing seems like something the staff is intent on leaning on with this personnel group. We heard that in the preceding months, but it’s coming to life on the field. It’s been a hallmark of the first three practices. ***Manning yet again took care of the ball. He was making the right reads and checked down when he needed to. He’s showing good command of the offense. ***KJ Lacey made a few plays, too. He threw a deep ‘over’ route that gained attention. He’s also been decisive when it comes to throwing it or taking off and running. ***Who won, the offense or defense? “The defense almost always wins, but today [Saturday] was much more even. The offense is using more misdirection that’s slowed the defense just a bit.” ***Jerrick Gibson had a good practice. It was thud tempo, but that still makes for a physical practice, and Gibson ran it well. I think the source mentioned Tre Wisner too, but I was struggling to keep up with the notes. The source definitely said Rickey Stewart and James Simon were running it hard. “They’re rising to the occasion.” ***More wide receiver notes, especially one for Ian Boyd. Daylan McCutcheon and Michael Terry were in the slot. Yes, Michael Terry. Jaime Ffrench has worked there as well. The young wide receivers practice with physical intent, which is encouraging with a number of older DBs trying to rough them up. ***IT asked about Ryan Wingo. “Wingo is Wingo. You don’t have to worry about him. He’s bigger and faster, and they’re involving him more on gadget stuff and end-arounds.” ***Jeff Banks continues to give Jordan Washington extra attention. Washington is an important piece. ***Will linebacker continues to trend towards a 1A/1B scenario with Liona Lefau and Trey Moore. “Liona is playing really well. Moore is like a LB version of Jahdae. They can ask him to play anywhere or do anything.” The more they evolve Moore, the more they can evolve the scheme. ***Xavier Filsaime is looking a bit more physical than last year. That probably has to do with increased confidence and a year in S&C. All the safeties will hit you. ***We like themes from practice because it tells a more reliable story. Santana Wilson had yet another pick at corner. I think that makes three in three practices. Wardell Mack and Ryan Niblett both played nickel. ***DJ Campbell is moving his best ever and becoming more of a leader. And, “Cole Hutson is the most underrated guy in that room.” ***The D-tackles “look pretty good. We’ll know more when the pads come on.” Overall, this team is a bit different than last year. In years past, they sort of eased into spring ball. They seemed to really hit the ground running this year. That could be the infusion of youth and so much playing time up for grabs. Or it could be that guys are simply playing more freely, per one source. The source finished with, “Monday will be the first full pads practice, and full pads separate the men from the boys.” As the old joke goes, in that way, it’s like filters on Paul Wadlington’s dating app.
  3. I don't think they're doing him any favors. Eventually people will be let down when he's not actually a combination of Lance Alworth and Jordan Shipley.
  4. Is he.... burnt orange? I don't want these feelings.
  5. The only problem is that there isn't a ton more of it.
  6. I was bumping channels last night between basketball games, and hit HBO. I stopped long enough to hear Bill say "the Trump derangement syndrome on the left", laughed out loud, and changed the channel.
  7. Hey, if we can save a few pennies by destroying America from the inside, we'd be crazy not to do that.
  8. I have watched entirely too much Star Trek when I know what episode this is. (The last one. All Good Things.)
  9. (Third-team right guard sprains his pinky finger) "We're cursed!! Every single year this happens!"
  10. Remember those huge gains Trump made with black voters in 2024? Great job morons.
  11. 'Ol Carl pretty much nailed that one. "Unable to distinguish between what feels good and what's true." Damn.
  12. Well, yeah. Traitors. Birds of a feather.
  13. And they are most definitely not tiny. Well, Lacey is probably a shade under 6'0".
  14. “… and young Matt Damon, as 2022 Quinn Ewers.”
  15. If I read that someone is “flashing” or “turning heads” one more time, there will be trouble.
  16. For those unfamiliar with diplomacy, this is what is known as “Vader vs Lando” negotiations.
  17. Still orders of magnitude different. I half expect Alaska to belong to Russia by June.
  18. Yeah man, I did. Was it bad or something? This is sooooo much worse. I would kill for Trump's first term right now.
  19. It would take an absolute fucking imbecile to not realize what is happening. Everything we have done the last two months destroys us and helps Russia.
  20. "Perfect first two months!"
  21. Almost like there are two different positions and we recruit with that in mind.
  22. So, based on the comments made by.... everyone.... including the President, AG, Sec Def, etc..... I guess the administration's new policy is that it's now cool to make attack/war/whatever plans on unsecure platforms? Is that our thing now? You know, the entire point of the whole Hillary thing that cost her the election.
