  1. Memory is perfectly fine. I was of course talking about the injury part.
  2. That would certainly be.... um.... an element of his game we have never seen before.
  3. They never even played against Ehlinger. That would be like us, this year, laughing at a tragedy in the Johnny Manziel family.
  4. This is where I get lost. If he's healthy enough to start, we should expect him to play all four quarters. Saying "Ewers will start but Arch will play" means either you're being a fortuneteller in regards to his injury and how he'll react in-game, or you're REALLY confident he's getting yanked due to performance.
  5. Are they that strict about it? I would think being dressed out and going through warm-ups would be sufficient to cover that. Not that that should factor into the decision anyway.
  6. Mostly guesswork I think. Bobby Burton said something similar this morning. I personally feel like about half an hour before kick we'll hear "Ewers tried to give it a go, but...."
  7. Nahlin said this morning that he expects Ewers to start but also expects to see Manning play.
  8. I improved on your story.
  9. It hadn't really occurred to me the number of Texas fans who will be getting their first introduction to these crazy, backwards people. It was a nice 13 year break. Wish we could have made it 113 years.
  10. Well, he didn't. He had success there, and then upgraded.
  11. The worst case scenario is losing to aggy and then having to watch them play UGA for the SEC championship. Do you really think that if we lost to UGA that we'd be going "Damn, too bad we didn't lose @ aggy instead"?
  12. You degenerates. Is this happening?
  13. I definitely want to punch him in the face.
  14. You're right. He finished the game after being injured. I think it felt more like "We have to get him out of there", than an injured QB carrying his team to a win while playing hurt.
  15. He completely fell apart, and had no business playing. We threw six passes in the second half for 14 yards.
  16. If Ewers is able to play through an injury, unless I'm forgetting some game in the last three years, it will be the first time. His minor injuries normally have him missing 2-3 games.
  17. We have a lot to be thankful for today. But mostly this.
  18. In Scipio's post yesterday on IT about the aggy defense, he said something about how they are vulnerable to a QB who can sling it 60 yards downfield, or take off running for 20 yards. I don't think he was trying to be cheeky, but....
  19. Yeah that's what I was afraid of. And we can't put that dude out there looking like he did in the second half against Kentucky. We'll see Manning by the second quarter.
  20. I find my attention waning when they cut to non-Rebecca Ferguson scenes. I don't think I care all that much about daily life/politics in Silo 18, when it's unrelated to the mystery of the show.
  21. This page is... something.
  22. Because we would be getting year four of the Quinn Ewers Experience ("Is he hurt? When is he coming back? He looked good for awhile before they got pressure on him. Why can't he still complete a deep pass?") while watching Arch play for LSU or Alabama.
