  1. I was just looking over the map and the margins for each state. Other than Harris only winning NJ by 5, one thing that stood out the most was that Trump had more excess votes in TX and FL than Harris did in CA and NY. That may not hold as CA funishes counting but if this overall trend holds, I predict a lot of people are suddenly going to reverse their deeply held philosophical feelings about the electoral college.

  5. Sounds like a Boras thing to be able to claim teams set at 3B are interested. I can't tell if Dana is a liar or just naive
  6. As long as we're throwing things on the pile, I think the college loan forgiveness was a loser politically. The Dems are already winning the college educated bigly because *gestures at trump*. The non college educated that flock to Trump see the loan forgiveness as handouts to people that already have a huge edge in career opportunities. And they're not wrong.
  7. Not lying to them and hiding the president from them for yeas to cover up his mental decline would be a good start
  8. You think she should have not tried to get never Trump Republicans to vote for her?
  9. Just read Harris is only winning Clark County 50-49. That's amazing.

  12. They still haven't called Maine? Lose the red snapper, lose the country.
  13. Possibly. Someone not in the admin could have done better. The 7 battlegrounds were all close.
  14. White men and women shifted marginally away from Trump vs 2020
  15. No one believes Republicans are getting rid of SS/Medicare. Paul Ryan isn't walking through that door. They've been around long enough that no one credits today's Dems either. Hell, the last big expansion was under W.
  16. It would probably look a lot like Harris desperately trying to win Georgia and NC. And like Trump winning the election by cutting into the margins in Philly, Detroit, and Milwaukee.
  17. It's shocking really that they thought they could weekend at bernie's (not that one) it to re-election
  18. Which would differ from trying to game the popular vote?
  19. Well that and disagreement on just about every issue
  20. There supposedly around a 15% churn pres election to pres election
  21. I think most people on this board are about to see the benefits of the filibuster
  22. I'm not sure the polls really missed that much on Trump. They had the battlegrounds all very close. Did he actually win any of them outside of the MOE?
