  1. So you support a coach who bitches about calls after a victory than one who correctly assesses his team's shortcomings after a loss? You're consistent, I'll give you that.
  2. Agreed. I'm not against shit-talking, I'm against bitching about refs when the refs got it right, AND you won the game. Kirby is a giant gaping vagina (as I said).
  3. You linked an old clip in support for Kirby being some kind of Vince Lombardi incarnate? Fits the posting history, I suppose.
  4. I'm not commenting on the game, I'm commenting on the giant gaping vagina that is Kirby Smart. Fuck that guy, what a puss.
  5. Of course they smoked us. Kirby Smart is a giant gaping vagina. Both are true.
  6. Wow. Never heard anything like that from the winning coach. I'm glad we have Sark.
  7. "I refuse to say it" and then he says it. What a fucking mush-brain.
  8. Is the low pressure on both the hot and cold sides? Hot side only could indicate a mineral buildup in the valve or even upstream at a junction.
  9. Sweet. Year? How's the refurb Les Paul treating you?
  10. Eh, we haven't exactly faced any offensive juggernauts. Carson Beck will be our biggest test at QB to date. I remain hopeful the issues they've had around him will cause problems for the 'dawgs. And, Beck hasn't exactly been lighting it up this year, either.
  11. For fuck's sake, it came right out of his mouth. He literally threatened use of the National Guard and "if necessary" the military.
  12. Not sure. I did go to the show that night, it was great as expected, but I can't remember if they recorded it or not.
  13. A good buddy of mine weaseled his way into their sound check at Liberty Lunch maybe a couple of years later, and called me with the heads up to get my ass down there. The band stumbled on stage a few minutes after I got there, it was early afternoon, Pirner was hammered and only wearing one shoe. Great sound check, though.
  14. Chicken McNuggets don't have bones (as far as you know).
  15. PSA: if you don't have the Ed Stasium remix, get it.
  16. Yeah, my first exposure to the band was in 1988 at CBGB on the "Hang Time" tour. Kinda set a high bar that can't be topped. They did this MTV show the same day, and I'm pretty sure Pirner was already drunk:
  17. I'm not exactly in a minority of any type, but I would think it's one thing to quote someone and another thing to just use the slang yourself.
  18. Soul Asylum was pretty solid last night at Mohawk. Juliana Hatfield opened, and pretty much just played her 1992-93 era songs. Her mix was unbalanced and quiet, really unfortunate. SA got the whole PA, it wasn't the best I've seen them but it may be the best lineup in terms of instrumental skill. Almost nothing pre-hit, was not ideal, but I get it. Dave Pirner should not tell "jokes". I'm curious to hear what @Jerry Callo thought.
