Arch Manning: Scores every way possible
In my defense, I'm too old to figure out the "u" with an umlaut.

RIP D'Angelo
I landed on some of those live tracks with Questlove in my rabbit hole explorations when his stuff with the Vanguard hit. So great.

Man, I just love that loud-ass snare drum on "Brown Sugar". "The 2 and 4 are right HERE."

Intriguing, but no reservations that I can see.

Good call, but I know my wife agrees with you, so since I have that reservation in the pocket I'll avoid JA's. Same goes for Hyde Park Bar & Grill.

I didn't get to know his music until his work with Vanguard. Talented dude. RIP. F cancer. D'Angelo dead at 51- Task (HBO)
I don't think Tom saw Robbie toss the bag.- Somewhat large birthday dinner (10 ppl)
We're doing a family dinner for my wife's birthday on Monday. Probably 10 of us. Reservations are a must. She's not into super pricey joints, so something moderate. I already have Moonshine locked down as an option. Mexican or TexMex would be great (Fonda San Miguel is booked though). Italian might work. French Quarter Grille appears to be closed on Mondays. Still, Cajun might be a good idea. We used to like Clay Pit but it has taken a nosedive. Any thoughts?- The Leopards Eating Faces and Unlubed Dildo of Consequences Thread

Man, that guy had the feels deep inside. He just went of all improvisational. Plus, he was 100% correct. I wanted to laugh but my allergies acted up, AGAIN.- Elon Musk: Nazi traitor piece of shit [Confirmed]
Remember when Martha Stewart avoided a $46K loss via insider trading, and served 5 months in federal prison? I do.- Arch Manning: Scores every way possible
OK, you're talking about two my most favorite bands of all time, but I'll assert that in a street fight The Clash would have left 4 dead dudes from Van Halen.- Arch Manning: Scores every way possible
I was only referring to the UF vs OU defenses.- Turnstile - Never Enough
It was like some cross between the Virginia Reel we had to learn in 3rd grade and a plane crash.- Arch Manning: Scores every way possible
That's what shocked me against OU. Their personnel and schemes aren't really all that different than Florida's, but man we handled them a lot better.- Turnstile - Never Enough
This clip from Shaky Knees in Atlanta cracked me up:- Arch Manning: Scores every way possible
Regarding The Clash: given my username, you'd think I'd list them, but honestly I never really thought of them as "punk". They were more melodic and far more astute than most bands of that genre. Regarding your others: Henry Rollins just pisses me off (although my daughter's band has toured with Keith Morris' OFF!) . . . and Joy Division? Punk? Never thought of it that way.- Arch Manning: Scores every way possible
I'm calling "The Malevolent Genies" for my punk cover band. We'll be playing nothing but Sex Pistols, Dead Kennedys, The Stooges, Bad Brains, Minor Threat, Minutemen and Husker Du. No Ramones, their release times were too short.- Arch Manning: Scores every way possible
Yeah, I was trying to figure out how to say "less than intermediate" but that sounded stupid so I just said "short to intermediate". We're on the same page.- Arch Manning: Scores every way possible
I don't have numbers to back it up but my eyes tell me Ewers was much better than Arch in putting short to intermediate throws on target in such a manner that those receivers, however great they were, didn't have to contort themselves to make the catch. I mean, we all watch the games, if I'm seeing something I'm not, let me know. - RIP D'Angelo
